“I had never heard of this company before, but my partner and I stumbled across the website when looking for a good hard-wearing bookcase. The item arrived ready-made via courier and couldn't be happier with the quality of it. The only downside is it claims free delivery however received a £35 charge as we live in the Highlands, so they're a company that tries to stay we don't live on mainland UK.”

“Good quality for the price really, all items were well packed for shipping so no damages. There was an 8 week delay on what we ordered but this was made obvious prior to ordering. Not too hard to assemble ,the draws all came ready built so only needed to build top of the wardrobe. Instructions could be clearer if I was being picky”

“Order a white farrow cupboard. It arrived damaged. Contacted Roseland and they were suspect quick to exchange. Collection of old and delivery of new arranged very quickly. Unfortunately the replacement cabinet was also damaged. Partial refund given.”

“Don't buy from them! All furniture is shipped in from Vietnam with sub standard packaging. I bought white painted bedroom furniture, many yellow marks due to not sealing wood knots. Wooden feet with splits in the wood, dents and chips in the wood with warped wood. Told customer services and I was offered £100 back or I was to repackage and send back which wasn't an option. I asked them to cover the cost of the Farrow and Ball small Paint pot at £29 for the touch ups to the furniture. I was told the £100 offered was for me to use to get the furniture repairs, take it or leave it and send back. Appalling customer service and poorly made furniture, don't buy from them.”

“not a good standard.A lot of money for the product would have thought could have had a higher standard of finish would we have any more furniture at that price the answer is no we should have gone to argos and had the same type of prouducts for half the price”

“Unfortunately you picked the wrong product from your warehouse and delivered it to me, I then had to wait for the incorrect item to be collected and the correct one delivered, essentially someone had to be present at the delivery address 3 times, instead of once, which isn't easy whe juggling work.”
