“I have used Roseland many times and purchased six pieces of furniture with no complaints. However, this time around it has been of very poor standard. I am now having to return this particular cabinet back, on the second occasion, due to it being badly damaged. Returning items is a lot of hassle and time consuming with emails flying back and forth and then having to hang on the telephone for some considerable time. I will give them one more chance and have reordered it again. If it is damaged again I will ask for a full refund. It's a shame, because they have been so efficient in the past and their furniture has been of high quality for the marketing price.”

“I was a bit disappointed that my unit took so long to come, covid. But once it arrived I was not disappointed with it, it is perfect, size and shade fit perfectly with my other furniture. For the price it is very nice quality.”

“Boot storage bench costing £180. Delivered on schedule and very well packaged. Unfortunately the tip of one of the screws was protruding through the wooden top and this cut my finger during unpacking. Another problem is that one of the baskets is very tight fitting and needs force to push in each time. The company who supplied the item responded very quickly when I contacted them but were only able to offer two disappointing options. The first was to exchange the item but this would entail a 5 week wait. The second was to accept a refund of £30 which seemed a very low offer. A shame because in good condition I would describe this as a very good piece of furniture.”

“Excellent quality and attractive furniture. I bought a chest of drawers, blanket box, lamp table, and a small bookcase. I am very pleased with all of them. This would have been a five star review had there not been a number of logistical issues affecting the delivery of my furniture. The Roseland customer services department was very helpful.”
