“Positive, the items seem to be good quality, but I haven't taken the wrapping of yet, but they seem very well packed, very heavy and I think they should be fine. Negative, the staff are rude, the call time to get through to anyone is ridiculous! The courier service is terrible, made even worse by the staff opening admitting the courier service is awful and that they have frequent problems. And yet they continue to use them? A very frustrating company. That are using COVID to make excuses for bad service and bargain on the fact you only order once from them. So they don't need to provide a good customer service as most customers are repeat.”

“1st item I bought was a tv corner unit it arrived in good time and well packed it does have a number of defects with areas not painted correctly but Luckily these are at the back so not visible when the unit is in place The unit is very light and not good quality The 2nd item I purchased was a nest of tables to match the corner unit these arrived in good time and packed well and appear a little better quality than the tv unit I was a bit dismayed that google advises furniture is made in Cornwall but the tv unit came with made in Taiwan stickers ? There was also a very large price increase across the range overnight which was not advertised as when I purchased the first item this was not on sale or at a reduced rate so this has now added an extra £50 to my products I was planning to buy As it's a range I will just have to pay this, however I will never shop with Roseland again once I have completed the livingroom requirement due to this pricing uplift as well as the quality not being as I'd expect I could have picked up a cheap corner unit for £50 but instead I paid £240 for a poor quality unit”

“The unit is really lovely but delivery not so good. The delivery driver refused to lift it into the house despite it raining torrentially and me telling him I wasn’t allowed to lift anything after just being discharged from hospital. My son helped me drag it in but there was oil all over the base from the van that marked the carpet. Fortunately the soaking wet package was sufficient enough to protect the unit”

“We are extremely pleased with our furniture we have purchased from Roseland Furniture. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Each of the items were very well protected in their packaging during transit, the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly and the items arrived in perfect condition. The furniture itself is so well made, very solid and looks great. We would definitely recommend the company.”

“We ordered an oak blanket box. It was lovely but after unpacking it we noticed that it was unfortunately damaged on one side. Communication from Roseland Furniture was very good and they had no quibbles about offering to collect the damaged item and issue a refund. 5 stars for customer service!”

“Despite one item being available when ordering it has still not arrived. The colour was not as expected . More cream than white . The after purchase service was poor as when emailing frequently received automated response . When ringing no one answered !”

“I love the Roseland oak furniture and this is the third piece I have bought from the Surrey range. The sideboard is of course attractive and solidly made using lovely oak wood. My only negative comment is that this piece is not perfectly finished unlike my previous purchases.”
