“We did actually cancel the order for the table as we realised it would not be suitable for the room. The five stars is for the excellent customer service we received on returning the item and receiving a refund.”

“Ordered a bookcase and console table, unfortunately console table was damaged, Roseland dealt with it quickly, but if a carry on with did to return but happy now with replacement.”

“Can’t fault their customer service but found the product to be of poor quality. Not only arrived damaged but the quality of the actual product was also poor - eg poorly cut wood making rough edges on the product.”
