“Looked to refresh a couple of pieces of furniture. I did not want to wait weeks for delivery so filtered to in stock items, found what I wanted quickly. Delivery was within 3 days after payment (even with covid and lack of drivers) A quick in and out and we were done. No assembly other than a couple of drawer knobs. Great service.”

“Service and items purchased from Roseland were very good - no complaints at all. However marked only as 3* in view of the courier company contracted by Roseland (Tuffnells) who are unable to provide a day/date for delivery supposedly the evening before it is due - which is bad enough - but in our case ended up being an email sent several hours after the item had already been delivered on a day we were just lucky to have been in. Needs to be improved as Roseland is suffering for the service provided for a sub contracted part of their process.”

“Ordering easy with lovely people. Unfortunately delivery wasn’t great but that wasn’t Roseland. Also item was damaged I took pictures and sent off to them straight away. The damage could be sorted by myself. The lovely people there sorted a part refund the same day. Thanks Roseland👏👏👏”

“My experience has been very disappointing. When I placed my order in August for a set of 3 matching chests of drawers, I made it clear to Roseland that I wanted all 3 to be delivered at the same time. Prior to that, I had waited several weeks for them all to be in stock. The chests were delivered in September but on unpacking, the largest of the 3 chests was found to be badly damaged. I sent Roseland photographs showing clearly that the frame of the 6-drawer chest was broken in two places. They offered me £65 to keep the chest (for which I had paid £439.95) even though I had explained that 2 of the drawers couldn't be opened. I would have asked for a refund, but I needed a replacement chest in order to make up the set with the other 2. Roseland agreed to send a replacement, but refused to let me keep the damaged chest in the meantime (I could have made use of the 4 drawers that worked). The courier refused to collect on any day apart from Tuesday, wouldn't give a time-slot until the night before, and didn't keep to the notified time-slot. Roseland insisted that I repackage the broken chest, a job that took 2 people over an hour. I was told that because the chest was out of stock I would have to wait at least another 12 weeks to be sent a replacement. Even more disappointing, I was told that all customers who had ordered the same item between the date of my original order and the date on which the damaged chest arrived would be given priority over me when the item came back into stock. I've heard nothing from Roseland for over a month. I am stuck without adequate storage in my bedroom (I moved house in July), I have only 2 of the 3 matching items that I ordered, and I have no idea when I will receive a replacement for a chest that I paid for over 2 months ago.”

“We had never ordered from Roseland Furniture before, but should we need anything in the future I would not hesitate to order again. Our 3 pieces of furniture were without doubt wrapped and packaged better than anything we've ever received. Almost certainly done with pride and care. Delivery was quoted as 7 days and in 7 days it was delivered. We recommend Roseland Furniture 100%.”

“Really pleased with the London Oak drawers and bedside tables from Roseland Furniture. It is very sturdy and well made furniture. It arrived well packaged and already assembled, just the handles to fix which was easy. Very helpful lady when I rang customer services to add to my order. I can thoroughly recommend them.”
