Searching for a small coffee table in oak and light grey with a drawer and shelf to keep everything tidy, I came across the perfect match at Roseland Furniture in the form of the Farrow. I am delighted with the quality and it required minimum effort to put together. Also, very well packaged and arrived promptly. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend the company and product.

Extremely disappointed with level of service after receiving a faulty coffee table. Still waiting for a replacement after three weeks and numerous emails and phone calls! If there was the option I would have given no stars!

Fits nicely into the niche by the fireplace and goes with duck egg colour furnishings. Good workmanship, but a small fleck of paint on the top only visible when standing in front of it. Pleased it came without the nailed-in plastic feet.

I have looked back at the history of your order and cannot see that you have made any contact with us about any problems with the delivery companies. I can see that you received one delivery on 22.6.21 and that you are due another delivery of another item today. We had to get our first ordered coffee table replaced as it was so badly damaged in transit. Shame as the product seemed good. Communicating with Rosaland afterwards to arrange exchange was quite muddled, their support staff always seem to respond without having checked what had already agreed to remedy the situation. Roseland also told us we'd have to pay extra for the courier to unpack the replacement to ensure it wasn't In damaged, who seems unfair given our experience. In addition when the replacement was received the driver refused to take the old damaged repackaged unit back, so we've had to store that now and just hope they collect it. Somewhat of a muddled all round.

Sometimes the delivery and collection can take place on different days depending on the couriers availability which we understand is frustrating. Had to chase for a delivery date, then when they did arrive all items were damaged. Roseland quickly agreed to exchange the items but were in no way interested in getting these items to me quickly. Sometimes mistakes occur and things are damaged, that’s life, however how it’s dealt with is the measure of a companies customer service commitment….. I won’t be using this company again as there are no shortage of furniture providers that provide equivalent quality with superior customer commitment.

Hello Stephen, I am sorry we have not met your expectations so far. Unfortunately we cannot express these larger items as they are too heavy for the middle road couriers, they have to go via a 2 man service. Our couriers are outsourced and we work closely with them on timings. Unfortunately, unlike other furniture retailers we do not carry our own fleet of lorries. I am sure this will be done as quickly as we can. Kind regards Roseland
