“I was not at home when my cabinet was delivered but my husband was. He said that the delivery man was extremely helpful (my husband is disabled). I would not hesitate to purchase from Roseland Furniture again in the future.”

“Ordered Chichester corner cupboard. It arrived very quickly but, my goodness, it was in a terrible state. One of the legs was completely smashed off, both doors had gouges on them and the front had a split. It was evident that it had come straight from Vietnam to our address without any checking whatsoever. When I contacted the company, they had a very efficient returns policy which led me to believe that this sort of thing could be commonplace. We actually like the unit so have decided that we will give Roseland a chance to supply a replacement which isn’t smashed to pieces.”

Thank you for your feedback Linda. I am sorry to hear of the problems with your unit. It looks from the photos that the unit has been damaged in transit by the couriers between leaving us and arriving with you. It did not come straight from Vietnam to your address, this was sent from our warehouse in Gloucestershire. I can see that this took 3 working days to deliver from the point of placing your order. Thank you for complementing our efficient returns policy. I can see that the exchange has been booked in for you as per your request. “Unfortunately, one of the drawers was damaged. Roseland arranged for furniture to be collected and a replacement sent out. Very pleased with the product and great customer service”

“Am unable to review at this time as the item I ordered arrived badly damaged. It has been returned without fuss and is to be replaced although I may have to up to 8 weeks for this to happen as my item is currently out of stock. Watch this space…”

“Item was out of stock when we chose it, but used the 'let me know when it's back in' option. New stock email duly arrived, we ordered the item and it arrived the next day. The sideboard itself is first class, well made, well finished and beautiful to look at - not to mention an absolute bargain! I cannot recommend Roseland Furniture enough - everything was first class and excellent value.”

“We purchased the Zelah range. Hallway mirror with the small sideboard. From ordering online, to delivery at our door - 5 star service. Could not fault anything. The furniture is lovely, very well made and looks perfect in our hallway. Would def. recommend Roseland Furniture - I was looking for ages for the right width of sideboard and Roseland ticked every box.”

“Had two lovely sideboards delivered. Lovely quality perfect match and fit. Sizes exactly as advertised as only had a 1 cm to spare in the place they were being positioned and they were spot on! Also very well packed. Delivery drivers very polite and helpful. Will order again from you just disappointed to see that I could have saved well over £100.00 in the sale just after they were delivered.”
