“Ordered bookcase, which was delivered within a couple of days. Delivery man was incredible, delivering the huge and heavy parcel all the way to the 3rd floor. Bookcase is of an excellent quality !”

“Very quick delivery. Sadly the corner of our TV unit was damaged in transit but they replaced it straight away and had the damaged unit picked up. Very helpful customer service. I would highly recommend.”

“Looks nice but not the quality I would expect for the price paid. The description made me think that more of it would be solid oak, most is vaneer. There are some obvious gaps in the vaneer in highly visibly spots. Cupboard doors do not have a consistent gap but can be adjusted. Delivered quickly, feet didn’t arrive with the unit, quickly rectified and sent through.”

“AFTER MAKING AN ORDER FOR THE FIRST TIME, I WAS DELGHTED WITH BOTH THE SPEED OF DELIVERY AND THE QUALITY. I MADE A SECOND ORDER AND ALTHOUGH ONE PANEL OF THE BEDSIDE DRAWERS WAS A BIT ROUGH ON THE EDGE, IT IS AGAINST A WALL SO I DECIDED TO KEEP IT. A SHAME, BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 5 STAR REVIEW. AGAIN, A SPEEDY 48 HOUR DELIVERY.”

“The tv stand i wanted was out if stock and when it was delivered it was badly damaged. Anything can happen while in transit from Vietnam. What i would say is that the Roseland after sales service is excellent & the return was dealt with very efficiently.”
