“We ordered a Chichester Grey Corner unit and upon arrival we soon realised that it was damaged and notified Roseland immediately. Although our choice of colour was now out of stock we were notified as soon as one became available. The courier used however was not great and the furniture was delivered and left on an elderly neighbours drive and the first we knew about this was a text message. The replacement corner unit was delivered promptly and it really is a superb quality piece of furniture. Dawn from the customer services team dealt with our issues and resolved the matter to our satisfaction.”

“Very pleased with speed of delivery and quality of the bench. Sits opposite its twin in our porch. Ideal for changing footwear. Understorage for garden shoes and dog leads etc. Line baskets first, of course! Thanks”

“The item I ordered never arrived, as the delivery company chosen by Roseland was terrible. After three failed deliveries, I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. It cost me a lot of time and effort and I would not order from Roseland again because of it. A quick Google revealed that the delivery company was inept, so Roselands have to take some responsibility for using such a terrible firm.”
