“Once ordered it took no time to be delivered. We were updated on delivery time and date with precision. Also I want to add they say they will only deliver to the door we live in a ground floor flat and the delivery man delivered it right in position in our front room how’s that for service and he was very nice.”

“This is a beautiful piece of furniture that fits in my hallway. Everyone has admired it. The company was a delight to do do business with. Communication was excellent and delivery was on time. Delivery driver very helpful.”

“We had no problem with the exchange of a damaged tv unit. Everything went smoothly enough apart from the fact we had to buy bubble wrap to return the damaged unit. I would like to say how disappointed I was to discover only a week later the unit was reduced by nearly £70 very upsetting. Also it didn’t go down well that you had the audacity to offer me £40 to keep the damaged unit as one of your choices when corresponding about the damage. What do you think?”

“I bought the Eastern vintage tall cabinet. I was delighted with my purchase. I am using it as a laundry/ towel cupboard on my landing. It is original in colour and style. This is why I bought it. It is sturdy but I will definitely be attaching to the wall as I have young grandchildren. Fittings were provided. My only niggle was damage to the locking bit at the bottom where the wood had split and I have had to glue it back together. Otherwise wonderful. Happy.”

“What a shame. The choice and quality of the furniture is great, however the whole experience was let down by terrible delivery service (through a 3rd party) and a real lack of customer service from Roseland in dealing with this issue. Eventually, I was passed on to the complaints team who got things sorted really quickly. I'd be hesitant about purchasing again though.”

“The service I received, first from the office was first class and gave me confidence that my problem would not only be addressed but also solved, and secondly the delivery driver who not only delivered my unit but made sure it was delivered to my exact site, he was amazing and I am so grateful.
