“Ordered three items of living room furniture tv unit sideboard & coffee table tv unit & coffee table were badly damage customer service were very rude, in the end I told them that I wanted to cancel the order they wanted photos of the damage included boxes, when you are a OAP this is not easy if you don't know how to do it, then the carriers wanted labels printed, waiting now for the carriers to come & fetch theses item,another thing the furniture is very lightweight I can pick the items up very easy”

“Ordered a nest of tables and matching large sideboard. Very pleased with how we were kept informed of stock and also when it would be dispatched. Furniture arrived in 3 deliveries a few days apart via carrier. No damage at all, we are very happy with our purchases.”

“This is the second piece of furniture I have purchased it is well made and delivery not like the bigger companies is quick and efficient. I cancelled my order with M&S as there was a significant delay and ordered one from Roseland as they were able to deliver on time. There was a problem when the table arrived but this was rectified quickly and in a professional manner. I can not praise Roselands enough”

“Sideboards look really nice in situ. We have a problem with a cupboard door and a couple of drawers sticking. It would have been nice to have adjustable shelves rather than one fixed shelf running the entire length of the sideboard. Delivery was very prompt; delivered by a very helpful young man even earlier than the time stated.”

“The delivery was much quicker than first estimated. I assembled the telephone table without any problems. I then unpacked the t.v. Unit it looked just like the pictures on your website. Then came the disappointment the unit was extremely rough, I dought that any finish had been applied. There was small pieces of wood around the shelf. Very disappointed it could have been better”

“Would of been 5 weve bought a few pieces of furniture from you but the delivery company you use are useless. Waitrx in all day then they said couldn’t find address they weren’t even in the same county according to the tracking device. Next day I tried to phone the chat line but no one was there. They eventually turned up and dumped the furniture on the front doorstep . According to the tracker they were still 7 stops away. The furniture is fantastic as usual beautifully made and fantastic value for money. I’d look at the trust pilot reviews of the delivery company if I was you.”

“It wasn’t easy picking out what I was looking for from the website because it was all beautiful products you have ….but from paying for my sideboard until now I haven’t heard from you since …except for your ads ….it would be nice to be kept in the loop as to where my product is ….. I paid for my sideboard on 2.11.21 and haven’t been updated to where it is now …..I was beginning to panic in case I have been scammed …..so maybe if you kept customers in the loop would be nice”

“Stated as Solid oak top On inspection this was vennered plywood with oak edging strips attached Very poor quality, even the so-called " Oak" shelves were plywood with a red deal edging Very small drawers not full depth of unit ( front - back) Not worth the money paid”
