“Actual products are good. Customer service is quick to respond. Just make sure you read the T & Cs as in order for someone to physically bring the items into your home you need to pay an additional £25 (due to Covid) Also it delays the lead time - I had to chase this twice. I partly picked Roseland as they had a quick lead time - if you pick a '2 man delivery' it will delay things. The customer service was quick though. It was just annoying having to chase with a house move etc.”

Hello, The upgrade of £25.00 is to apply the 2 man service, this is not due to covid. unfortunately, with the 2 man service, it does take longer for delivery, this is due to the nature of how the 2 man service works. I am sorry if this was not clear. Kind regards Roseland

“Whilst I would like to give a better review, unfortunately for me personally, I have purchased three pieces of furniture all with defects, which is very disappointing. I agreed partial refund on two pieces, but the third was quite bad so agreed exchange. However, exchange had large scratch so did agree partial refund but disappointed. To add to problem, courier didn’t collect return item on day booked and I had all the trouble of trying to get this collected, so not a good experience sorry.”

“Easy on-line ordering. Great selection of products and the quality and range were better than most. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that they shipped our order of 3 products with 2 separate carriers. One of which was brilliant and delivered when expected with no issues. The other (XDP) kept advising a delivery slot then not arriving. Having waited in on 3 separate occasions they then delivered unexpectedly and it was a pure fluke we were in.”

“My furniture was cancelled as it was damaged and not fit to send I did find the email that followed a bit curt, also telling me I might have to wait 10 days for a refund. I phoned up , spoke to a nice lady who processed the refund then and I got my money back in 2 days. Very grateful for that Amazing how it can be done so quickly as I would rather have my money in my bank account accruing i retest rather than yours when product could not be supplied but i was sad not to get the product but am sure i will use your company again in the future”

Dear Kathy Farrell, Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately, we have to state up to 10 days due to some providers not putting money back into customer accounts. We always refund at the request or when items have been returned and received from the customer. The time the banks or card providers return the money is out of our control I'm afraid.
