I ordered a marble table - missed an entire day at work awaiting its arrival - however the first one arrived broken so I contacted customer service which arranged for me to have another one delivered. I waited another day four of the new table to arrive, that table was also broken. I contacted customer service again to have my money back… they said they couldn’t give me my money back until they had both tables at their depot and also first requested hundreds of pictures of both tables before even arranging a collection. When the item was due to be collected I waited another day but no one came. I didn’t contact the customer service again and said I was not happy with their service and they swiftly arranged the first table to be collected but also said that they could collect the second one at the same time if the driver would say that this was fine. Driver was friendly and collected the item. I Then contacted customer service again saying that I know I wanted my money back but they claimed not to have both tables in the system so therefore I would have to wait. The next day I had a new collection appointment set up for me - I contacted customer service again And told them that the driver had collected both items on the same location. They cancel that collection, and now a few days later I’ve had a new collection email from the Company. This is been the worst shopping experience of my lifetime. I have been shopping online for the past 25 years and I have never ever experienced customer service this bad. I am so upset and disappointed. And yes… I’m still waiting for my refund.

Hello maria Jansson I am sorry that the collection did not meet expectations, unfortunately, the carrier had not updated their system correctly which meant we were chasing this. We do ask for pictures ( not hundreds) for our records, we cannot as am sure you can appreciate refund on just a word, we do need some proof. Once we have the correct information we then action as necessary. We have sent a private email to you. Kind regards Roseland

We bought the Farrow white narrow bookcase which fits the space perfectly. It looks great & feels good quality. It could do with being a bit more sturdy as wobbles a bit but it is on carpet & with this size I don't see how...can always attach it to a wall to prevent it toppling over if children are around. Overall very pleased with it, no issues. Have bought from Roseland a few times before & plan to again, thanks.

My set of drawers arrived when they were suppose to as my order was tracked and I was able to see its journey. Really pleased with the quality of my purchase. There was a problem with a damaged handle but a replacement was sent out and arrived quickly. No complaints on customer service.

4 stars for the product 2.5 stars for courier XDP and delay issue with dispatch. I purchased a chair that had an estimated delivery date of 30/9/21, but it was delivered on 9/11/21. However, the product itself was well worth the money despite the fact there were no assembly instructions. Much better quality than Made's Topeka Accent Armchair which I purchased originally but returned due to poor quality and faulty legs.

Very happy with the product itself, but the delivery service was terrible. I was given a 2-hour window for delivery, however, the delivery itself actually arrived 5 hours after the end of my 2-hour delivery slot. There was no aplogy. Also, I had to plead with the driver to move the delivery (a large bookcase) into the hall of the house. He just wanted to leave it on the doorstep.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Were not able to provide delivery information, despite me explaining I did not live at the property. Promised I would be notified the day before so I could make arrangements then later claimed this was an error. Original parcel left at site reception but when unpacked was damaged. Tried to make arrangements to swap the damaged door but apparently it couldn’t be done. Received replacement cupboard - dumped on the drive of an empty property - luckily slightly better condition, although it is not stable. Packaged up original & arranged for collection from reception - no one turned up. Have now rearranged collection but have no confidence they will a) turn up or b) go to the correct place despite numerous emails. Unfortunately I wouldn’t use again & wouldn’t recommend.
