“Lovely piece of furniture we ordered the Surrey wardrobe and blanket box, love the blanket box! Took longer than expected to be delivered but obviously understand due to the circumstances. The only thing which was very annoying was the fittings were the wrong size! Partner had to go off and get the correct fittings to fit the wardrobe together.”

“Despite excellent delivery and v good packaging, there was slight damage to a drawer bottom , not visible from the front. It was handled very well ,very quickly with a replacement or money for repair offered same day .All sorted and very pleased with the oak tv stand”

“Customer service very good, delivery very efficient and within time frame. Slight damage to the top at the front. My wife and I can see it as we know it is there. At my age it would be to much hassle to return.”

“I ordered 2 items on May 8th (a bank holiday) and as expected they were handed to the couriers the next working day. However the tracking details given were incorrect initially so when the expected delivery date (14th} passed I couldn't trace the shipment. Eventually the first item was delivered on May 20th but the couriers claimed the entire shipment was complete. The 2nd item arrived unexpectedly on the 22nd. The furniture was easy to assemble and of good quality, but the problems with delivery spoiled an otherwise pleasing purchase.”

“These bedside tables are perfect. They are cheaper than say Oakland furniture so as you would expect not as heavy and the wood is thinner, but for the money they are great. A good alternative to the more expensive brands.”

“I’ve purchased two bedside tables and one Chester draw in the last two weeks. I like the furniture and the price is right! But, packaging needs to be done with bubble wrap or some other wrapping and not just wrapped with brown paper, so as to avoid damage to the furniture. Unfortunately the Chester draw is damaged on one side. Initially I wanted to send send it back to Roseland Furniture but as I’m able to hide the damage and it’s not in my view I’ve decided to just keep the Chester draw. So please Roseland Furniture for the next delivery make sure provide better wrapping around the furniture before putting it into the box.”

“Kept us informed via email on delivery, however the automated text messaging service said the furniture had been delivered which was not the case and I phoned the number to confirm it hadn’t - they said it must be of been a computer error as they were on route. The delivery was good, the young lads were very polite and placed them outside with no help. No doubt if I’d of asked them to put them inside they would of but it wasn’t necessary.”

“Ordered a side table which arrived quickly and in good condition. There was confusion over delivery as I was told a time slot on a Friday and it didn’t arrive, but then it came out of the blue Sunday morning. I am pleased with the furniture and will certainly order some more when it’s back in stock.”

“very happy about delay. very fast delivery and kind men. Wardrobe nice and easy to fixed myself . But packaging not neat and corner not protected. lucky nothing broken. and finally the back of the furniture don't fit properly. also deliver company called me only 10 min before!”

“Customer service was good, product average. First tv cabinet was badly finished. Contacted Roseland who arranged collection and replacement. The second cabinet was much better except for the plywood back which was loose, most of the staples having come out. We removed the back, trimmed the edge so that it fitted and screwed it back on.”

“Easy to use website, good range of furniture and choice. The three chests of drawers we ordered were all as we expected. The delivery was timely and well organised and the two delivery guys were friendly and helpful. The chests of drawers were well packaged and arrived safely. We are very pleased.”

“The ordering process was efficient and the delivery was within the time predicted. However it arrived over an hour before the ETA window given to me via text message on the day of delivery. Luckily I was home so it was not a problem.”
