Found exactly what I was looking for on the Roseland website. Sadly I had to wait a few months, but it was delivered last week. Couldn't be more pleased 😀 looks great in my new kitchen/breakfast room extension

Furniture was well built, but the colour was not as expected. The lead time was ridiculous. Delivery was not smooth - no communication and delivered outside of delivery window by a very rude/obnoxious person and then shocking customer service around the 4 items not being the Correct colour or even the same colour as each other! None existent attempts at resolution from Roseland and I’m left with the cost of having to get the pieces painted so they match one another. Would not recommend at all!

Hello Kathleen, We have responded to you on the matter of the colour of your lamp table and as yet, have not had a response. We apologise that the delivery was outside the window given, these are estimated times for the delivery to take place and can be outside of the time given. The lead-time on the items are currently longer than expected. This is due to the global situation on production and a depleted & short supply of wood & American Oak. This is across the globe and it seems all suppliers and manufacturers are having the same issues. We are still awaiting your reply to us so we can help resolve your situation. Kind regards Roseland

Excellent service from this company. From no fault of their own our order went missing due to an inefficient delivery company. Speaking to staff from Roseland ( unusually easy to do) got it all sorted out and our furniture was delivered by another company. The products are lovely and great value for money. We will certainly use this company again and can highly recommend it.

Original order of furniture arrived damaged. Replacement put together badly and one leg detached. Customer Service wonderful, speedy and proactive. Rubbish firm tasked with collection of damaged original item. Failed to arrive on day / times they specified. No way of contacting them and still storing furniture. A very disappointing experience.

It saddens me to write this review. Firstly I'm pleased with the item of furniture I ordered but utterly appalled by the courier used to deliver the item. This is the reason for the 1 star review & the fact that I will never shop at Roseland Furniture again. The courier used was XPD. I was contacted with less than an hours notice to inform me that my sideboard would be delivered that day. I was away on holiday. When I tried to call XPD to advise that I was not home I was unable to inform them because I do not have a contract with them. Roseland Furniture do. I had to pay 7 pence per minute to discover that. I tried to inform them through their website, but as the item had already been loaded & dispatched no changes to the order could be made. I subsequently phoned Roseland's customer service team who reassured me that the item would be delivered the following week. I then received a phone call from the delivery driver asking me if I was home. I tried to explain that I wasn't & relayed the conversation with Roseland's customer service team. He put the phone down on me. As the driver called me on his mobile I sent him I text asking him to contact his team at head office to get the latest information. He didn't reply to acknowledge the message. The following day I got a phone call from my elderly neighbour asking when I would be home to collect the large heavy parcel that had been left with him. The whole approach adopted by XPD may provide a cheap delivery option, but they show a total disregard & lack of consideration for Roseland's customers. They also showed a complete disregard for Roseland's customer service team. I do not believe it is acceptable & therefore will not shop with Roseland again until they use a reputable delivery partner.

Hello Alicia. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that xdp failed to delay the delivery despite your request to do so. I can see that by the time that you were in contact with us about wanting to delay delivery, the goods were already on the drivers van and out for delivery. We did indeed speak with xdp who would have tried to contact the driver but unfortunately, it seems as though they could not reach the driver in time. After you spoke with the driver on the phone, he certainly should have taken the goods back to the depot instead of leaving the goods with your neighbour. I am really sorry that he took it upon himself to deliver to your neighbour despite your conversation on the telephone. We will inform the couriers head office of this so that they can speak with the driver about the way they behaved in in this instance. We do use a number of different couriers for delivery, so if you did wish to purchase anything in the future then we can always arrange for a different courier to deliver to your address. Please just contact us prior to placing an order and we will arrange that for you. Best regards Roseland Furniture

Very satisfied with the whole experience. The ordering of the furniture was straightforward and the delivery of the furniture was at the time and date specified. The furniture exceeded our expectations.

Ordered a book case a couple of weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. I hadn't heard anything so emailed them. They said they'd attempted delivery 3 times (coincidentally once on the day I emailed) but no delivery note was left and we didn't hear the doorbell. No communication or apology. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Terrible packaging and courier. Would not recommend. Courier didn’t contact me to let me know delivery date. Package left by the bins and was covered in rainwater. Item badly scratched. Bad experience. .

I can see that we have raised this with the customer service manager at XDP who has since spoken to the driver about their actions. I am sorry to hear that the goods were found to be faulty. Love the quality of the two wardrobes that I purchased. The only complaint was that although they were supposed to be the same wood and finish, the colour was completely different; but fortunately they were for different bedrooms. Delivery was quick (within two weeks), and I'm glad a got someone to assemble them, because I don't think I would have been able to do it myself

Furniture arrived much quicker than expected, quality was better than expected, well packaged, so overall good service and product (minor note would be; I didn't realise I had to put some of it together, not a problem and I should have probably read the small print somewhere)

Delivery information was very good and I was kept informed of the time of delivery ten minutes before. Only problem was although I had a protective cover on my brand new hall carpet, the delivery man seemed to find an area that was not covered and left three grubby marks, which I had to scrub off after he left. Please remind delivery men to wipe their feet before entering ot supply them with disposable over shoes, available from B&Q. The quality of the bookcase is very good.
