“Ordered a book case a couple of weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. I hadn't heard anything so emailed them. They said they'd attempted delivery 3 times (coincidentally once on the day I emailed) but no delivery note was left and we didn't hear the doorbell. No communication or apology. I wouldn't buy from them again.”

“Terrible packaging and courier. Would not recommend. Courier didn’t contact me to let me know delivery date. Package left by the bins and was covered in rainwater. Item badly scratched. Bad experience. .”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I am really sorry that the courier driver left the goods unattended without instructions to do so by yourself. I can see that we have raised this with the customer service manager at XDP who has since spoken to the driver about their actions. I am sorry to hear that the goods were found to be faulty. “Love the quality of the two wardrobes that I purchased. The only complaint was that although they were supposed to be the same wood and finish, the colour was completely different; but fortunately they were for different bedrooms. Delivery was quick (within two weeks), and I'm glad a got someone to assemble them, because I don't think I would have been able to do it myself”

“Furniture arrived much quicker than expected, quality was better than expected, well packaged, so overall good service and product (minor note would be; I didn't realise I had to put some of it together, not a problem and I should have probably read the small print somewhere)”

“Delivery information was very good and I was kept informed of the time of delivery ten minutes before. Only problem was although I had a protective cover on my brand new hall carpet, the delivery man seemed to find an area that was not covered and left three grubby marks, which I had to scrub off after he left. Please remind delivery men to wipe their feet before entering ot supply them with disposable over shoes, available from B&Q. The quality of the bookcase is very good.”

“Colour a lot darker than expected. Finish could be better inside of back legs not stained. Drawer inners very light and flimsy wood.”

“Nice piece of furniture BUT not very good at producing correct door knobs. Still Waiting delivery of satisfactory door knobs Also the delivery time from placing order without any contact until I question where my order was was unsatisfactory Because the small sideboard is exactly what I want I shall try to order another one in a few months time. Perhaps delivery times and inspection skills will have improved by then”

“Very happy with my bedroom furniture looks good and reasonably priced but not cheap and description reads ‘minimal assembly’!! Came flat packed, 18 bolts & washers 27 screws later and help from some muscles it is up , it has put me off ordering again from them , when I’ve had quite a few pieces , but might as well gone to IKEA for third of price”

Hello Anne We are pleased that you like your item, I am sorry that you found the item difficult to build. We send all our wardrobes out in panels as they are much easier to travel up staircases of all shapes and sizes. This particular wardrobe would be all panels as it is a single wardrobe.
