Royal Mail Tracking info stated they had my Parcel on Fri at the local delivery office, ready to deliver that day. No- show. By Monday the tracking info stated they had only just received it, and it would be delivered between 10am and 3pm. No-show. Just not good enough. Add to that over an hour I spent on Friday going around in circles trying to navigate the ridiculous website trying contact somebody regarding my delivery( After stumbling upon a phone number buried deep inside some sub-menu), then being kept on hold for 25 mins before I gave up. Royal Mail need a good shake-up.

We seem to now have random post people and one of them knows how to read a number but not a worded address. Hence we are getting other peoples mail. It was always a mistake to privatise what used to be a good National postal service and for the sake of greed turn it into the mess we now have. I'm sure Royal Mail has always had many excellent and conscientious workers but now the company is it would appear only focussed on shareholders and profit. It cannot even answer it's own complaints telephone line. If we had a real effiscient Government they would demand and command a re-nationalisation of the postal services so as to provide a service to the people of the UK. Alas it seems they are not a Government for the people but for Big business only. Shameful!

Such an awful company haven't seen a postman for 4 days yet around the rich parts of Cambridge there everywhere

Wish I could give them -0 due to their incompetent and inept service. Last Wednesday I paid for an important letter to be sent for signed delivery. As of now (4/8/21) that letter remains undelivered. Royal mail used to be a respected efficient organisation but it's an absolute disgrace now, totally shambolic with those donkeys running the show. I feel sorry for their staff.

WJ514771847GB Absolute joke the service they provide. Cant get in touch by either of the phone numbers given on the system Finally got through to a help line but told to have to wait a min of 30 mins. Delivery of prescription items shown as delivered but noting has arrived after 3 days. I am now running out of these tablets, its easier to get in touch with the dead. The system on the internet just takes you around in circles. Advise if possible to use another provider.

Posted by company in Dumfries and received by Royal Mail on Saturday as a 48 hour tracked parcel. Local MC confirm receipt on Sunday, Monday I receive an email telling me that it will be delivered that day by the named local depot who had received it. Tuesday morning an email to say that the local depot was incorrect and that they had 'immediately' rerouted it. (Immediately being more than 24 hours after they had received it. A further 12 hours and it was back at central sorting depot. So now on Wednesday morning and no further updates on where package with perishable items is. RM have now had this parcel 5 days. Royal Mail totally letting down companies who are working hard to maintain and grow their customer base in a difficult market. Disgraceful.

Why do I have to give one star to get to write a review? More fraud from this basically useless ‘service’. Posted Covid 5-day ‘Test to Release’ tests well before 10am collection time in the Priority Mail box (sic) on Saturday 31 July. Here we are Wednesday 4 August and according to their abysmal ‘Tracking’ ‘service’ they are still sitting in the sorting office at Gatwick!!! So we have to wait in isolation for at least four more days, probably five, more than necessary, and an expensive service is rendered useless. Time this shower was re-nationalised, the whole service has gone downhill since privatisation.

The Royal Mail take our money and DO NOT deliver the items to our customers! Royal Mail Track and Trace show "we got it" and constantly DO NOT Deliver. Our customers give us so much grief! and constantly ask for refunds and do not belive we have posted their item! THANK YOU for NOTHING!!!

I posted a parcel on the 4th to Colombia international track and signed for on the 10th it said it was in cambodia repeated calls to royal mail who assured me the parcel would return to the UK and forwarded to Colombia the parcel was returned on 13 and sat in london on the 30th it was forwarded to you guessed it Cambodia is it enough for postal workers to just know someone who can read and write I think my parcel now has its own passport. So both countries start with C and end in a I look forward to reading its Canadian tracking

I've had four mising deliveries in two months, strike rate of about 50%. Worst delivery company out there. Tracking is a joke. "Signed for" - they sign themselves. I beg people to use a better service than these jokers.

Driving License delivered recored delivery needed signature. We were not in. Now it has gone missing no attempt to redeliver (We have someone home all day long) Also our whole village had deliveries stopped in Solihull for 2 weeks. Not even a notification this would happen from Royal Mail. Yet they can deliver unaddressed Junk mail just fine but can't send a flyer out explaining the suspended postal service??? We repeatedly have important post go missing. Have moved everything to email and online to protect us from this shocking service. WHERE IS MY DRIVING LICENSE??

Collection serviced failed big time - no one turned up despite paying for someone to collect from me at home ! I had time critical documents to send to my solicitor. So bad, amazed they are still in business. Absolute rubbish service

Awful service been waiting on a letter for over a week as usual postman hasn't turned up today always the same contacted royal mail last week via email and was told its down to covid its a complete joke

Waiting, waiting, waiting, a donkey would be quicker. I would urge anyone to use a different service if possible. Bring back the old days when you knew the postman & he came the same time every day.

Waiting on five parcels, ordered ten days ago. Tracking useless as says it will only give info when delivery attempt. Royal mail should be known as LOST AND DONT CARE MAIL

I paid 99 pounds for a PCR test. I did the test and put it in the priority postbox well within time of the last collection. I have tracked it to find that well over 24 hours later, it has not been delivered to the lab. Knowing the time-sensitive nature of the PCR test, this delay may render it invalid and that's almost 100 pounds gone up in flames.

TERRIBLE Royal Mail ‘Tracking’ is just a pathetic service. It isn’t tracking at all. It’s receipt of delivery only. This serves only Royal Mail, not the customer. There customer will know when it’s been delivered and if it’s late.
