“This company is absolutely awful. I send parcels all the time and every single time they seem to have “lost” some of my stuff. I’ve heard the horror stories of staff stealing things but seriously... this is pushing it. I go through Hermes instead now, the people are nicer, the tracking is great and everything is fine now. Moral of the story - don't get service from those who don’t know how to give it. Every next idiot who can’t read works in RM.”

“Once again need to make a 10mile round trip to collect an undelivered item or experience a delay by arranging redelivery. This service is dying on its feet because they won't sort out this stupidity as you competitors are far better with customer service. If I shop on the internet I actively avoid suppliers that use royal mail for deliveries and if I send parcels I now use a courier service so my customers don't have these problems. Royal Mail managers will be responsible for the loss of a lot of jobs in the near future if they don't get a grip soon”

“International Tracked & Signed For, didn't even get out of local (Wolverhampton) Sorting office. Complaint resulted in "Sorry, put in a claim" but these are documents "worth" nothing but a complete pain to replace. Rather makes a mockery of their claim

They took over a week to deliver a parcel, delivered on a day I wasn't in leaving the something to you card
Didnt log my parcel into the system therefore I couldnt book a redelivery online or by the automated service had to call the next day to speak to someone
Wait for 50min for my call to be picked up they booked it for 2 days later of the original redelivery date i waited all day its now past 9pm and nothing”

“TOO MANY PACKAGES GO MISSING! I had ordered between Sep 2019 and Oct 2019 from one company 5 packages and out of 5 only 2 were delivered and 3 went missing. I then requested the label not to leave with neighbours service provided by Royal Mail to protect myself better from Royal Mail, I am now awaiting parcel which is already a day delayed, lets see if they will still use the left with neighbour card again now that I have the label on my letter box - already package a day missing, this does not happen with another couriers company.”
“International tracking is a waste of time and money. I've been better off simply buying a stamp and hoping for the best. A letter posted (using international tracking) to Israel on the 16/10 has disappeared without a trace. The info on the tracking site is that it left the UK on the 17th Oct. When I called customer service today (28th Oct) I was told that the last info they have is that it was handed over to the courier (in Israel) on the 24th. They don't know where it is now and they are willing to open an investigation on the 20th of November (5 weeks after the letter was handed over in the post office). What a waste of time and money!”

No happy at all about the service
No happy at all about the service!
1 day out of 10 is not any problem with the delivery, but for the rest just terrible!
Just yesterday I could not received my percel, because the address was incorrect, wich is not true!
I have check with the sender, and all the information where correct.
So if you have a telephone number or a e-mail address, why you don't try to call us, instead to take the parcel back and return to the sender?
All the time that I know I will receive a parcel for Royal Mail, I am alway scare that I can not receive my order!!”
