“Great company to purchase rugs from and the price is so much better. I ordered from another company the same rug in december, they sent the wrong one and it cost more. When I reordered from Rugs Done Right the correct rugs arrived in time for Christmas and it was cheaper. I will always order from Rugs Done Right”

“After checking out 3-4 online rug companies, decided to go with Rugs Done Right. Prices are competitive (moreso with coupon offers), and while at least one other company had appealing-looking rugs, I decided to go with Rugs Done Right, and have been very pleased. Delivery of carpet samples was prompt, and I love the rug I eventually selected two months ago. \n\nThroughout the entire process, Customer Service was very helpful. I experienced 1-2 comparatively minor glitches, all of which were resolved incredibly promptly and effectively. I've just ordered a second rug from Rugs Done Right, and would recommend this company to others”
