“I found many different patterns that would work for our room it was hard to narrow them down. Staff is knowledgeable and have all the answers. The carpet I chose online was true to the colors specified and looks beautiful in our home so we are getting more.”

“I just wanted to take a moment to give credit where credit is due. I had an issue with a rug & runner I'd ordered. I think when I started the initial inquiry, it started with you Jamie but it wasn't long after that that Ellen took over the "case". Let me first say what a pleasure it has been to business with Rugs Done Right. The service that Ellen provided was above and beyond my expectations. She got personally involved, to the point of allow crazy me to send her pictures of the areas I was trying to buy rugs for as well as to help coordinate with rugs already in place. She understood what I needed and what I was trying to achieve AND to make things even more outstanding(after the 2nd order didn't work - it was an exact replacement for the original order), she assisted me and "listened" to what I wanted/needed AND the rugs arrived in time for Christmas. Again, her customer service AND patience went far above and beyond any expectation I would normally have for a company, let alone an online company! Employees like Ellen should be commended and praised by their employers and recognized by more customers --- so thank you to Rugs Done Right for employing people like Ellen!\n\nGod bless you all and Merry Christmas!”

“Would appreciate an update on my order. I've selected a 4x6 rug - which I just love. However, it has been on backorder for weeks. The last I was told it was expected late December. I want to believe that, and hoped that customer service was serious about this time line. Why I continue to hold out is that this rug is still available to be ordered. What REALLY does this say about this company - collects the money for the rug and hangs you out to wait and wait! My order #***- rug ***.”
