“I love the rug I ordered and Rugs Done Right offered it for an incredible price. I am thrilled! However, I had a question about delivery and began a chat. Midway through the chat the person disappeared never to return. My question was never answered, but I ordered anyway.”

“I think you have the best selection of carpets online. It's much easier to shop for carpets this way, than flipping through carpets in a store. I just hope the colors and quality of the carpet are acceptable. Hard to give you an excellent review until I have seen and touched the product.”
