“Excellent customer service by Lisa and a little bit by Rachel when Lisa wasn't available. After first buying, we then changed our minds about exactly which rug we wanted and that was no problem to Lisa. She was able to give us a good deal no matter which rug we decided on. Lisa was very patient and switched gears very smoothly. This was a great rug-buying experience and will make us repeat customers at RDR in future. Thanks.”

“Love your Customer Service (very helpful), love the first rug from the Order. But for the second rug, the delivery/update notification part of your website is just "fair". Got notified that my rug had been shipped, checked your website and the carrier's (Brauns) and have had no updates since the rug arrived at their terminal in GA on 6/14. It would be helpful for the website to say something on a daily basis like "rug still at terminal" because hearing nothing makes me wonder whether I have an action item (and what exactly it is), or you or the carrier does. Thanks for asking for feedback.”

“I wish I knew the name of the person who helped me online. Hopefully, you will have a record of who answered my questions. “I can't describe how disappointed I am with your company. I purchase a rug $727.60 and upon receiving it I discovered it is too large for my room. After many emails with your returns department I have been informed that I cannot return the rug unless I find an item the exact price or more. I cannot select a rug that costs less than the original and on top of that I am expected to pay and addition $80 to return the rug which I cannot return because your returns department will not issue me an RMA number. Horrible company horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1”
