“This online store is amazing. The site is clear and easy to navigate. The customer service team knows or can investigate information about every rug on the site. This team is knowledgeable, and super responsive. I totally love each rug I have ordered from RugsDoneRight. But if I didn't I am sure they would work it out with me. This is a first class team.”

“I would love to write a review of my rugs if I would have received them!!!! Ordered on May 4, 2019 as of May 29,2019 still have not received, still waiting on someone to get back to me. I chatted with representative prior to ordering who said I would have them by May 11, 2019, which was important because I was having an event at my home, but no rugs!!! Would never buy from RugsDoneRight again. Clearly they are not done right!!!”

“Rugs Done Right lived up to their name for us! Awesome customer service! Their coupon made the rug we wanted affordable. They worked with us via online chat & phone to place our order. We "needed" the rug delivered within a few days for my son's graduation party. The Rugs Done Right reps actually called us to coordinate the expedited shipping. We received the rug exactly as promised. Best customer service experience I've had from *any business* in a very long time. Two big thumbs up from me! And thank you Rugs Done Right!!”

“One of the best online shopping experiences ever. To start, the prices were by far the lowest. Then, on top of it, they offered me a coupon to use. I purchased 4 rugs as i was undecided without seeing them, and explained to them via chat box that i only want to keep 2 and then would be sending 2 back. They gladly accommodated me and provided free return shipping. The items arrived on time and were of extraordinary quality. When it came time to ship the 2 back, it was totally hassle free. My items were delivered to them and i was refunded promptly. I just recently bought another rug from them and am waiting for it to be delivered. Highly recommend!”

“There was nothing wrong with the 2'x3' rug I ordered except it looked nothing like what was pictured on the online order page. Yes, similar colors and loosely similar design, but not the "minor variations" I was led to believe might occur. Different enough that I would not have ordered this rug had it been depicted on the online order page. Yes, I looked at the return page but it seemed too daunting and not worth the extra money to return. If this rug had been the rug I thought I was getting I would be very happy with the quality.”

“Received 2 rugs that do not look like the quality as pictured online. They are advertised as indoor/outdoor rugs but the course texture is rough and they are so light that they will never sit flat even with a rug pad underneath. I ordered 2 of the same rug 2.3 x 4.6 size and both have the ends rolled up. One was not packaged with a core and the ends are damaged. It will never lay flat. Actually, neither rug will lay flat as they are flimsy and are a tripping hazard. I called customer service and they said basically that I get what I paid for (inexpensive) and if they are returnable, I will have to pay the return shipping.”
