“Pros: beautiful, high quality rug for a reasonable price Cons: the color has more of a green/blue look; not a gray/blue look. It took 2.5 weeks to receive the rug after I placed the order. I wish there was more transparency in the actual shipping time. I believe I read that it would be 3-5 business days, which it most certainly was not. The communication overall could’ve been better.”

“This was my first time buying a rug on line. I wanted something special for my parents. I made a few selections but couldn't decide so I called customer service to ask for assistance with color and design. Wow! I'm glad I did. “I found this site by accident and what a find. I decided to call customer service to ask for design and color suggestions. Not only do they know rugs but they knew how to make the design and colors work in my space. They are experts at what they do. And they don't try to oversell you. It's truly "customer service". And the inventory and quality is amazing. They were kind, thoughtful, creative and oh so helpful. 5 stars all the way.”

“The site made rug shopping a breeze. This was my first time buying a rug on line and I can't say enough about how easy it was. The color comparisons and shapes on the web site made the buying process easy. And, their customer service was superb. These people really know their rugs and had no problem making a rug design work for my space. And the quality and pricing! Well, if you need a rug and need help with choosing quality, shape, deign and pricing this is the place to shop. Hands down.”

“I scoured many online rug companies and can honestly say my experience with RugsDoneRight was the best. It is so reassuring to have an online chat available for questions and love the app...”see this rug in your room.” Rugs are scary to buy online. “Very pleased with my purchase. Rug was shipped quickly with notifications until it was delivered. My only suggestion would be that the picture of the rug show that it has fringe. I assumed that it did, but wasn't sure until it arrived.”

“Rugs Done Right is amazing. The site is so well done that searching for any item is a breeze. The customer service people are phenomenal - informed, responsive, and on top of their inventory! Rugs Done Right carries such a huge variety that I have never had to go to another site to buy. I have bought rugs here for many many years.
