I stage and decorate models, so I frequently buy rugs. The prices at RugsDoneRight are a good value for the price. They ship in a time manner. I like rugsDone Right!!!

Very good customer service, I was able to ask questions on “chat” prior to ordering a rug. I inquired via email , asking when I could expect delivery , and my email was answered in less,than 24 hours! I would order from RugsDoneRight again.

I love the rug. Very thick. Colors as pictured. High quality. The service staff was terrific. I was very disappointed that I was not told the rug was on back order and I waited eight weeks !!

Very disappointed in my experience with this company. I found 2 runners that I wanted. I checked with a customer service rep before ordering that they were in stock. She said they were and I ordered the runners. After almost 2 weeks with no update I reached out to the company. They were unable to give me an immediate answer. The next day I received an email stating the warehouse couldn't locate the order. So I never got my runners. I checked the website and they were still "in stock" on the website. No one would talk with me about it on the phone. So I emailed the company and they told me I could wait 4-5 months for the rug to be back in stock or they could refund my money. I got a refund but that was it. No one even reached out to me to follow up or apologize. Very disappointing. Probably won't be shopping here again.

The two rugs came rolled up tight as a drum and have horrible wrinkles that I can't get out. I've used my steamer, a wet towel with the steam iron on the front and back side and the wrinkles won't come out........very disappointed.

Rugs Done Wrong. I’ve been waiting 3 months and no rug yet. Looks now like it will be another 3 months. Don’t charge your customers until the rug is shipped. You’ve had my money all this time and the delivery has been delayed 3 times. Why should I believe you this time?

I am still waiting for my order. It's been 10 days with no update or estimated ship date. It would be really nice to get some kind of estimated ship date. But they are pretty fast at asking for a review so here it is.

The rug is absolutely beautiful, my only concern is the wait time to deliver. Overall everyone loves the rug and its a perfect rug for a baby nursery room!

Rugs are beautiful but not what we expected; loop pile not cut and has slightly greenish color to them (not true beige) than the photo showed so it was a bit deceiving; pattern is much more distinct than shown; also, rugs still have a stale smell that is still there but dissipating. Otherwise, arrived on time and wrapped well. Good purchase.

If I can give 0 start or negative points, I would've done so. The company is not honoring what they agreed on, instead, kept saying it is my own misunderstanding. I originally placed the order for a 7 x 10 rug in Jan/Feb 2019 and few days passed by, never got a shipping notification, I reached out to the customer service, and was told the rug I placed is on back order to April (however, when I placed the order, it said it is in stock). I was not happy no one ever contacted me and then I was offered with several other rug options if I'd like to purchase rather than waiting for the original one. There was one option I thought it potentially might work out, however the price was higher than my original order, therefore, prior I placed the order, I emailed the customer service and asked I want to make sure if I don't like the higher priced rug, I can go back to my original order and get the price different refund along with a free return shipping and if all yes then I will place the order. Here is the response I got from the customer service: [Because we ship to you for free, the only way to qualify for free return shipping would be with an exchange order of equal or greater value. Oversize items (8’ wide or larger) do not normally qualify for the free return shipping promotion, but I can make this exception for you.] Based on the reply I got, it sounds like I will get a free return shipping hence, I placed the order. I received the higher priced rug and did not like it, I reached out to the company and asked for a free returning label and now basically they are saying it's my own misunderstanding, they never say I could've had a free return shipping label. This time, I called and spoke with the supervisor and still, the supervisor insisted it's my own misunderstanding, I explained how this could be a misunderstanding? I asked specifically whether I will get a price difference refund (because I'm fine going back to my original order) along with free return shipping for this higher priced rug and according to the answered they emailed back to me, they stated they would make an exception for me. The supervisor kept saying it's my own misunderstanding of their policy.... it felt like we were just talking in a loop..... Therefore, I thanked her to let her know, well at least your company is fast at replying email and answering phones, some companies don't have that. But the way you deal with the customer is NOT professional. In my opinion, they cannot just say it's my misunderstanding when it is truly not. I let her know I'd pay for the returning shipping and I want my refund for both order and do my business somewhere else, and I will definitely spend my time and effort to file a complaint about their business, I'm not trying to be a difficult customer, but this is way off line, when your company simply just use "misunderstanding of your policy" as an answer, that's NOT OK or appropriate. I ended up having to pay the shipping which cost me around $230 because otherwise, I won't get my refund. The customer service basically was like well you have to send the rug back within 14 days upon receiving to get your refund. since they broke the promise that they won't give me a free shipping label, I had to pay the return on my own cost. I contacted Better Business Beaurau but no resolution.

Found Rugs Done Right through Houzz and could not be more happy! The customer service was exceptional in finding the right color, size, price point etc. I have not received the rug yet so am hoping it will work perfectly. I also think they have a great first time return/exchange policy from what I have read online. The online chat was very helpful as well as email. I sent them pictures and they helped me narrow the rugs down to one that would work as well as offering additional suggestions. I will always buy my rugs from Rugs Done Right!

I purchased a rug online last week and the person responding to me via the “chat” on the website assured me it would be here yesterday. It is not! I emailed them and stated I wanted to cancel my order because the rug didn’t come as promised but no one responded to my email. The next day I get a confirmation the rug has been shipped and it will arrive next week. I wanted this rug for an event yesterday. Disappointed in this company. I would not believe what they tell you for a ship date!
