“Rugs look great in our Sunroom - just the way it looks with the online feature you have of taking the photo of the room and having the rug being being inserted into the photo. Might not have bought it otherwise because we have always wanted to see the rug in person.”

“Excellent product selection. I've hunted for the right rug for my bedroom for almost a year, and was able to find the ideal one here. I think one of my most favorite things about the seller is ease of search options: was able to narrow down only relevant results. The rug arrived today (shipped directly from manufacturer in Belgium), and I could not be happier!! Very pleased with the quality, price and most importantly the seller which allowed me to find exactly what I needed.”

“RugsDoneRight has done all the right things for me, except, deliver the 4th rug ordered. I didn't receive accurate communications about when the rug would be delivered. I haven't checked, but it probably took 45-60 days to get it. Once someone thought they knew when it would be delivered, I was told, and the info was wrong. That happened twice. I think RDR was out of stock and maybe the supplier as well. Would have been nice to receive timely, accurate info. The rest of RDR was great.”

“I bought a rug a few years ago online and thought Rugs Done Right was a great website because of the selection and the way I could sort based on price and color, etc. I just came back to buy another rug and see they have a new website and I love that zoom button so you can really see the edges and the weave. They didn't have my rug in stock so I emailed them and asked about my 2nd choice and third choice in a 8' x 10' size. They came back later that day, after checking with the factory and I was able to make my purchase quickly and easily.”

“RugsDoneRight has an amazing selection of rugs, but better still over the top customer support. I ordered a rug on a Saturday night and soon realized I had ordered the wrong rug. I sent an email to their Customer Support Department and was contacted within the hour. Everything was straightened out with no hassle. Amazing experience”
