“I received a runner but no rug. It was several weeks and I heard nothing about status of the actual rug I ordered. I contacted them and they discovered it was out of stock and would be 3 months before the order will be filled. So a bit disappointing but I can't review yet because I have no rug yet.”

“After waiting for 3 months and many promises and not receiving, I finally got my rug runners that I ordered 3 months earlier. First I sent Emails, then my husband did . We did always hear back , but unfortunately, we were always being told they were coming in in a few days and would be sent right out. Then we were told they didnt come in and they'd be out in a few weeks and again, no rugs. We finally received them 3 months later. Staff always did get back to us and were very professional, but only heard from them when we sent emails to them asking where the runners were. Gave a 2, just because of the wait”

“It took a little bit to get it, but that is because they made it to order. Great quality, looks great and when I rolled it out it went flat right away, didn't need to wait for the edges to uncurl which was awesome. I would highly recommend and I will definitely purchase from again. Great prices too!!”
