“Beautiful rug, however, it sheds like crazy. If I had more of a size choice for the area, I would not have gotten this one. I was limited in size. Vacuum everyday and it fills the vacuum. Not worth it in my opinion.”

“I was very disappointed after placing the order for my rug to find out that it was out of stock. I placed my order in January, and the delivery was delayed three times. I will say the customer service people were always very friendly and tried to be helpful. My rug finally came in August and I am very pleased with it. I am glad I waited. It is perfect for the space!”

“Just received order after placing at end of May. Was not notified it was back ordered until o reached out. The customer service agent said the notice must have gone to spam but I checked and was not there but did get other confirmations. Happy with product but not with time it took to receive.”

“The worst experience, I bought a rug and when it arrived I realized right away the color was wrong but when I tried to return it I was so “so sternly” that it could only be replaced by a rug of equal value or mor and I would have to pay the shipping fee if $40 ( more than half the price of the rug)!! I called several times to try to come to a happy medium, I was willing to buy a rug of much greater value if I didn’t have to pay the shipping fee..completely nonnegotiable!! I gave the rug away and will never do business again with this company.”

“This would be 5 stars if the rugs had been rolled so they would lay flat. The 2x3 rug was folded several times causing deep creases. The 8x10 rug was roiled so that the edges roll up instead of towards the floor. This size should be rolled with the pattern facing out. The packaging materials are thick enough to protect it. I hope the weights I’ve put all sound will flatten this rug out. I rolled the 2x3 to try to reduce the deep creases.”

“Finally got my rug after about 8 weeks. A bit disappointed that it took me to get in touch with the company about why the rug was not shipped. Should have been made aware that it was out of stock when I ordered. Glad I waited because I love the rug but may not use this company in the future.”

“Rug is beautiful and perfect for the area in our home. Customer Rep. assisted me to obtain a sales price which had lapsed a few days prior to my order and was always attentive to my follow up inquiries, responding in a timely manner. If there is one opportunity for improvement, it would be in keeping the customer informed of expected delivery time after the order is placed. Overall, very satisfied!”
