“Though it’s very lovely and I understand they all look different, it is much more gray than the pictures and took three weeks to get here. And it is more like a squishy bath mat material than a rug, but luckily I am using it in the bathroom anyhow.”

“I bought a smaller version of my rug several years ago for my entryway and the on-line chat service was invaluable in helping me find the same rug (in a larger size) for my newly remodeled kitchen. When I received no tracking email, I called customer service who, after investigating the delay, followed up with both a phone call and email the next day. The new rug arrived shortly thereafter and is absolutely lovely. We couldn't be more pleased.”

“horrible. Send the wrong rug in wrong color and then wanted me to pay for shipping back even though I had called to check and ;make sure nothing was being sent.”

“I absolutely love my rugs! Very good quality and beautifully made. I have had to wait for a few of them for a while, but that is because they are coming from over seas. Jamie and all the girls have been wonderful answering all my questions and if they didn’t have an answer they followed up with a reply as soon as possible. I would recommend RUGS DONE RIGHT 100%. “They need to do a much better job of letting you know when a purchase is non refundable. They should tell you that clearly not expect you to read the fine print on a different page. Not customer friendly.”

“The two rugs I purchased are exceptional but I waited 7plus weeks to receive my rug 2nd rug and I found that I had to reach out to customer service to find the status for availibilty and delivery.”
