“This company advertises on the home page all the things that will get you hooked into using their business such as "free shipping and returns". When it comes down to it there is a great deal of fine print that makes the "free" not so much and they are very unaccommodating even they say they are trying to work with you. If you are not 110% sure of the rug size or the rug itself, shop elsewhere. It can cost $450 or more to ship some of the rugs back and customers would have no way of knowing this other because RDR doesn't make you aware. I would not use them again and would advise others against this company. The rug brands they rep are MUCH more accommodating than Rugs Done Right and I was able to return a rug to the specific rug warehouse myself rather than using a freight carrier which was NOT what Rugs Done Right told me I could do, saving me $450. Their policies are not up to todays standards with all of the companies that do offer truly free shipping AND returns. Just Beware.”

“I have not yet received my rug, but your website was easy to maneuver around in and I loved the interactive screen to see the floor in a room. I even shared it with my sister and told her so far, it was a great experience.”

“Great selection. But you’d better love it because if it’s a large rug, you can’t really return it. Customer service was really unpleasant. When I mentioned that Wayfair has a superb return policy (and that I would stick with them in the future) RDR support staff said “Did u know Wayfair is losing money?” Whuh???? Weird and wholly unsatisfactory. Am stuck with rug I don’t like.”

“Although The runner rugs are very attractive, I am disappointed with their inability to lay flat. I have had previous communication with you regarding this issue. You advised that we reverse roll the runners, nap on the outside & to leave them that way a few days. We did that. The runners are still wrinkled & not flat.”

“Placed the rug yesterday. It is beautiful. And the plush magnet pad ensures the 30 ft runner is secure and lays flat. Can't say enough about the assistance your designer provided. Her patient guidance and recommendation ensured I made the just right selection. Many, many thanks”

“I like rugs done Right. They said they matched prices. When I found a lower price on another site they not only matched it but they charged me a little less. My rug was delivered exactly when they said it would. And I am a happy customer”
