“RugsDoneRight exceeded my expectations. My rug arrived a day early; it was expertly packaged; it was exactly as ordered; and it looks beautiful on my wooden flooring. Their pricing was competitive, and they allowed me to use a 10% off coupon, being a new customer. I will check their pricing and inventory the next time I need a new rug.”

“I ordered the rug yesterday and I sent an email today requesting an estimated delivery date. They responded within 30 minutes! My rug will be shipped soon. I should receive confirmation within 48 hours. WOW!!! Amazing!! Great customer service!!!”

“My wife and I were looking for a unique hall runner for our 20' long hallway. Rugs done right had a great selection of runners that can be cut to custom lengths. They also offer 3 different choices for end finishing. When I placed the order, I realized I made a mistake on the type of end finishing w wanted. I called RugsDoneRight (RDR) and they corrected my order. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and super nice. We plan to place future orders with RDR for our bedrooms.”

“My order has taken 10 weeks to ship out. I have repeatedly had to contact customer service myself just to be given an update as to what the status was, and would have never gotten an explanation of the delay if not for my own persistence. I feel that customer service should have been proactive towards their customers, especially due to an extremely long delay such as this one. I will not order from this company again.”

“Received the rug in a timely manner. Rug looks amazing out on the covered deck and the colors are perfect!! Oh and I found the rug a little cheaper so called them. They matched the price (after verifying of course) and gave me an additional 10% off. Highly recommend and the customer service was excellent!! Thanks again!!”

“I don’t have the product yet, but working with UPS to get the product is a pain. The people to chat with on their web site are either out of the country or they are robots. There is no understanding, and just a lot of B.S. I spent about 45 minutes trying to get to the situation about the timing of my rug’s arrival since someone has to be at the site of delivery; another site will not work for something so big unless I have a truck. I had to call my local UPS who gave me some hints about posting my phone number on my door so that they could call me when they arrive. Most of us cannot just sit at home all day waiting for a delivery, or we would not have the funds to purchase the rugs. All most frustrating. Surely someone else could do it better if they tried! Your website was fine! We found what we wanted and the description was good. I had picked out my rug from another company, but I am sure that they are exactly the same. Your special price event made it the place to go. My son who is a savvy with computers checked out everything in hopes that we found a reputable site and establishment. So far, so good. Shoji”
