“Excellent customer service. Ordered a runner that took months to get. Rugs Done Right was superb at keeping me informed and ensuring I received this runner. I tried through other companies, as it matched an area rug. They were the ONLY company who delivered!”

“I had to wait almost 5 months for my rug to arrive but I knew going in it would take a while. This was due to the rug I was ordering and not to RugsDoneRight. When ever I messaged to check on the rug, they got right back to me which I appreciated greatly. If I need to purchase a rug in the future, I will again go to RugsDonne Right. They provide quality rugs and quality service.”

“The people I spoke to were always exceptionally knowledgeable and very customer focused. The information I got about delivery dates was accurate. I ordered these rugs from different company in August 2020. In October, I was told the rugs were discontinued and my order was canceled. After calling Rugs Done Right, I learned the rug was NOT discontinued, and it’s on it’s way to me now!”
