“They were not able to help me determine the colors in a rug I was considering. The service rep did give me a phone number to call the showroom.”

“The rug was much much lighter than the picture. I almost sent it back but I did get a 20% off so it was not so costly and decided to keep it. It's on the thin side and it still has ripples, meaning it's not laying completely flat. Would I ever purchase this again, no. I will keep for a while and look for a better brand.”

“I would consider My experience with Rugstudio pretty average. I ordered my rug thinking it would take maximum 5 days to arrive as was in stock. My ordered didn’t arrived for 2 weeks which I didn’t think would take that long. I was also told over the phone that because my rug was so big a semi tuck would deliver it and if he wasn’t able to access my house I was to meet him to pick it up. Which is ridiculous as that is the whole point of delivery. Overall my delivery did work out fine and I received the rug in good condition and I did have good communication with Rugstudio. I would rate the rug a 5/10 as the pic on the website didn’t really capture the colors, it is a lot lighter than it looks.”

“The first customer service representative I dealt with was not professional or friendly at all. He started his chat asking if I signed up for email and then disappeared. The second representative Grace was nice to work with. I don't feel I received the best customer service, but it was decent given the questions I had.”
