Everything I order from you is discounted or backprdered. Not happy with your company. Why do you have things that are unavailable.

Hi Susie, I show you have placed 4 orders with us, all of which shipped in 1-2 days with the exception of your most recent order which does show a backorder date of 1-2 months on our website. We try very diligently to alert our customers as to the real lead time upfront, so we do apologize if you missed this information. If you would like for us to look for an alternative for you so you don't have to wait, please let us know. Until this rug is ready for shipment, your card will not be charged. thank you!
There is a crease down the center with no color. It looks so cheap!

We are disappointed for 2 reasons. The first and main reason lies with the 'wash-out' / lack of colors in the rug we received. The second reason, and not your fault, is the overall quality of a hand tufted rug. This was our first and last hand tufted. We considered replacing it right away with one of your 100 knotted Tibetans, (the quality we normally buy) but are worried we can't trust your pictures and maybe the quality. In summary, we thought we were getting a good rug / deal, turns out we didn't.

Hi Frank, yes, a hand-tufted rug is definitely a step down (in quality and price) from a knotted, Tibetan rug. While it is a lot of bang for your buck, tufted rugs are not for everyone. Please consider ordering a sample swatch next time to view the color and quality before ordering a larger size. I do see we offered you an extended return period in case you wanted to return the rugs. I hope you'll give us another try in the future. Thank you!
I've never seen a rug shed fibers like this one. Maybe it will stop after a few months of use. I have considered returning it but will give it more time.

Hi Thomas, while shedding is to be expected with a hand-tufted rug, please give us a call and we can go over some tips and techniques that can help you hasten the breaking-in process and determine if anything out of the ordinary is happening. The rug looked nothing like the photo online or even the printed label that came with it. Color wasn’t even close. Would have returned it but the cost to return would have been more than what we paid for the rug. Very disappointed.

This rug arrived from UPS in a 4 ft square box, it was folded and stuffed into box. The rug was full of wrinkles. I sent you an email immediately because I thought I would have to return it. I got NO reply from you. After about 10 days most wrinkles relaxed, so I just kept it. I couldn’t believe how it was shipped. It should have been rolled up, wrapped, and sent by truck with indoor delivery!! I would never buy another rug from you. I have three other Karastan rugs that I have had for years. I like the product, but not your delivery process! Suzanne

So sad, because the rug was beautiful. I didn’t know it was so fragile, but the first night my chihuahua ruined it. People should be warned that if they have pets, this is a no go. I called, but nothing could be done.

The charge on my credit card went through with no issues on the day my order was placed. Was told that item would be sent out around Sept 22. Sept 28 emailed and not responded to. Called and was told that yes it appears it will be shipping in next day or so. Did not receive. Called again on October 5 and was told they were checking and would get with me next day. Still no answer. Getting ready to write some poor reviews. It appears I may have been scammed.

Hi Adrian, We do apologize for the delay in your shipment. Unfortunately, this manufacturer, like many across the US, is running behind due to their decreased staff. We contacted them again today, and they assured us that your order is shipping no later than tomorrow, so you should receive tracking within the next 24-48 hours. Thank you for your patience during this time.
This is a dirty company. Please there carpets stink and they won't take them back when you send it back to them.

My rug looks nothing like the picture -- it's bubblegum pink instead of pale pink, and fluffy like cotton candy instead of a true shag. Sure, I got a deal, but it looks way cheaper than the photos implied.
