“It was my second purchase from SacLàb. If possible, the service got even better (and it was already excellent a couple of years ago)! Delivery is super fast and secure thanks to the tracking chip, the item comes packaged beautifully, the staff leaves a lovely note. Moreover, the item I got matched the description perfectly and it was priced very fairly. I love the option of free returns: Even if I never used it, it takes the pressure off when making such considerate purchases. 100% recommended”

“The bag was in good condition and nicely packet. I did the payment by bank transfer and it took very long before it was on there account. So i send a few emails if it was already received but one of the employees was not very kind in there answer back. And it was at my 6th email that somebody said let me check with our administration and i got the answer back within 5 min that the money was already on there account. So in al it took almost 2 weeks before i had my bag. I dont know if ill order a bag again at Saclab.”
