Should have had our windows fitted today. Both my wife and l had a day off to make sure everything was ready for the fitters. Should have turned up between 9am and 2pm. Got a call from something from head office apologising that they aren't turning up today at all. I advised of our work situation... He didn't care less. He just told me that they have 3mths to fit the windows and its at their discretion.. Please look around and choose a local company rather than a big company who couldn't give a toss. I Rearranged a date but lm not holding my breath..

ordered 1x composite and 1 UPVC door, to start with they pushed installation day back by 2 weeks from originally arranged date, I am sure if I asked to change delivery / installation date I would be charged, surveyor that came prior gave us false info on what and how can be done where final results was not as advised by him, company sent 1 installer to fit both doors what fairly said was far too much to handle however he did best he could, composite door after installation was nearly impossible to open and close, we were told it would settle down but still over 3 weeks since installation far from ideal, the floor was badly damaged what they were informed about straight away and sent complaint with all the pictures. Unfortunately still not bothered to come back to me after few phone calls and emails with any solution so it will now be up to me to take it further up with some one in their hierarchy. All in all I will not use them again and would not recommend them from my experience. All what they care about is sale !!!

I had my down stairs windows and doors done through safe style, whilst they were changing them they broke the living room window and left glass all over my garden. They then came back to do two of my windows upstairs and they needed to put a scaffold up. They left my garden in a really bad mess and also I woke to one of the beadings hanging down, to then be told that that they can't come and sort it till 4th of April which is a disgrace for the price I am paying for these windows. Not to mention all the mess around for them to come and do the second lot after paying the deposit. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Avoid this company. Do not sign the paperwork. They will get you to sign straight after the job. Do not do it. Awful experience with them which caused me a great deal of stress.

Said gonna finish in 1 day and asked all the hostel boys to pile up their things in the middle of their rooms, it's been more than 14 days and they missed at least 9 appointments and not finished yet. If you wanna experience how to live like a homeless people right inside your home, go and try them. They don't care about your troubles treating you as a human, nor they have slight respect to you as an animal, to keep their words for you.

Absolute disgrace left a very sick baby who was having chemotherapy with broken windows they promised a day for fitting when I signed up with them with the salesman and the surveyor promised to email over the measurements so the date could be completed but obviously just said they could meet the deadline to get my money stay clear of these heartless cowboys

The very first time my wife opened the newly installed tilt and turn window she was left holding the full weight of the heavy sash, fortunately I was there to take the weight. I have made this safe by lashing the sash to the other sash handle. I have been told that this is in the hand of the emergency team and they can come and fix it in just under a months time. My advice avoid this company at all costs. Dreadful after sales service.

This company is a disgrace to the industry they employ bullies as salesmen who intimidate old people and have no respect for anyone when you complain to them it falls on deaf ears i would not have any dealings with this company scumbags maybe if they at least replied to your complaint feelings might be different they are horrible people

Not to sure about the glass, it seems very hazy especially when the suns out. Reported it, but chap that came out to inspect said it was 'key haze' and that was normal. Couldn't explain what that meant so I'm non the wiser! Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe you could explain as customer service is rubbish.

Very disappointed with after-sales service. Had a white composite door in our lean-to which we expected to open outwards. but it opened inwards. We questioned this and their reply was that it is a security problem Later on in time the door began to turn yellow [there is a smoker in the house] but we were not informed that this would happen otherwise we would have had an ordinary upv door. When we phoned up and they sent an engineer out they couldn,t even write or phone me as to the outcome. I only found out what they thought after phoning the call center. Later on I noticed a crack in an up-stairs window. They took about 6weeks to come to replace it and then sent the wrong size window. This added another 6weeks waiting and on the day of fitting the new window I got a phone call to say that they couldn't find the window. So that is another 6weeks to wait. I am completely fed up with Safe style and regret getting involved with them. would never, never recommend them ! Walter

Door fitted 18 months ago very badly fitted door handle mechanism broke after a year had to wait 6 weeks for repair and still not rite.Fitted left bricks loose and frame damaged .I need new windows definitely wont be Safestyle.

yeehaw cowboys ! that is what these guys are at aftersales customer service. ask for a quote and 10 mins later they arrange the sales visit within 24hrs. have a problem after fitting and you are left hanging on the phone for hours, then they cant come for weeks and are not interested. good product...fitting guys cant fault...after sales absolutely garbage !!!

Had a back door fitted on the 4th of Feb, a few days later the handle became very stiff and the door had a loud squeak, I rang them and they would not be able to come to sort the issue,s out til the 20th of March !!!! today, the 27th of Feb the door would not lock as the door had dropped, they still said they would not come til 20th of March and I had to row with them to come out, In the end they sent another company out, Shocking service from Safe Style, Do not use this company.

We had tools stolen from the workmen who fitted the windows so be warned (Lancashire area/Accrington depo). When confronted, he returned one of the tools the following day and said he had taken it by mistake. It has come to light that there are two more tools missing. Also not happy with the patio door we have had fitted. They removed the window and bricks to fit the doors to a very poor standard. We had to ask them to plaster board around the inside and insert the ledge at the bottom. Now the door has dropped so it doesn’t shut properly and they can’t fix for another 3 months!

Hi I have just had a salesman round to give me a quote for a bay window and I have just read a review saying this was a joke company and I am inclined to agree, to me he was a typical salesman full of his self importance and only interested in giving a sales pitch I wanted one quote for a bay window full stop, and he proceeded to ask me if I had an hour to spare. Previously another company round to give me a quote for more than one window and he was done and dusted in ten minutes no sales pitch just a straight forward quote, perhaps you should instruct your salesmen to do the same and stop wasting public time.

Safestyle uk have been a nightmare!!! They started fitting our windows on the 12 of December and we are yet to complete!! We ordered 12 windows, front door and patio doors! We’ve had to have 5 windows refitted, front door refitted and currently waiting for Patio doors because they ordered the wrong ones twice! We have multiple pictures and videos of the shoddy work that has gone on at our house! We currently have a gap underneath our front door that you can see daylight though and a serious leak in the kitchen!! Trying to get them to fix the work is a nightmare, on 3 occasions they have meant to come to the house for appointments then when we have chased up to see where they are they arnt coming!! Do not buy from them!!!

We asked for a weekend fitting expecting a normal service. What we got was a fitter who we now believe to have been drunk. He ripped out the wooden frames we were supposed to be keeping, leaving visible holes in the walls and chipped the brick work on the back of the house. He attached the windows with huge amounts of blue foam that caused damage to our radiators and carpets. He then left us with this mess and no handles on the windows so that if there had been a fire we were trapped. This was about 5 months ago. Since then safe style have fixed the windows to a good standard but not the brick work and despite calling every other day for the last 5 months we are still waiting for compensation for the carpets we have had to already pay to replace ourselves. I would not recommend.

Had a new door fitted yesterday.The fitters didn't arrive on time as they had another job before us that went wrong.At 3pm they made a start.My lounge carpet was covered in mud from boots.No dust sheet was used.When they had gone I realised silicone was all over my carpet.Luckily I managed to get it out.Have yet to find out if we have any problems with the door.Nothing like the exceptional service we had with Everest 3 years ago.So wish we hadn't used safestyle uk.

So we had ALL of our windows fitted on our house. One of the windows you have to slam shut as it obviously has been measured wrong and getting caught on the lip. I’ve woken up the next morning to to see grey stains all over the frames. Tried wiping it off as thought it may be muck. But it’s STAINED! All of my windows! Also the sealant is a mess on the brick work of my house on the outside. Yes I was happy it all got done in a day but my windows are atrocious! And we’ve paid £5000. We do have someone coming back out to have a look at the problem but not till a month and a half away!

Shocking customer service. Surveyor undid outer beading on our patio door. Now have damp on 2 walls and my wooden floor is warped. Because my husband tried to make good and minimise the damage they are now refusing to fix it. Only moved in to my house 3 months ago.
