Had my windows and doors done on the 25th June came out to check the windows and doors there were at least 12 white marks on my grey windows which the went round with a felt tip marker to cover the white bits up my front door does not lock properly back door squeaks and is very hard to lock my back bathroom window does not fit properly when closed i can still see outside there is that much of a gap the sealing around the doors and windows is rubbish some of the uvpc is all ready coming away on my bathroom windows they peeled a sticker off one of the bedroom windows but left all the sticky bit there. Getting through to there complaints department was on hold for 1 hour to be told it will take 4 weeks for someone to come out to make a report then ring me up the day before and tell me its going to be another 2 weeks before someone comes out to do the report yet when you want to buy any windows or doors you can speak to someone in 5 seconds and have a sales person at your door in less than 3 hours quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to sort problems out disgusting after sales . i knew 3 people who was going to use your company and have now decided to use someone else after me telling them of my experience .

I have had my conservatory for about 5 years now and have had nothing but trouble with it. I think they must have been out about six times to try to put right different things. /at the moment I have leaks and water is running down the wall which is on one side of the conservatory and connects with my next door neighbour. The engineer came and arranged for someone, who is self employed to come and try to fix it. He moved some of the lead flashing around, said it was ok at that was that. It wasn't ok, the leak is worse so I rang them again in June this year and another engineer turned up and arranged for an appointment for someone to come and fix it on the 7th july. Before this date I was rung and they said that they couldn't come until 31st October now. This happens every time I have a problem. Now as you can imagine the water down the wall is getting worse every time it rains. You would have thought that this is an important fault which most reputable companies would have sorted as soon as possible, but not this company. I work in retail where our customer service is excellent. This Company doesn't know what good customer service is. If you are thinking about having anything from them DON'T.

Work carried out last September and still not weatherproof. 6 cancelled appointments. Next appointment this September. ( a year )

The worst company! Their services are very bad, the customer service is the worst service I have ever received. The product quality is the the worst quality and they promised to be the top quality in the country. The labour was as well the worst service you can have. All these problems, have been provided by pictures and evidence. When I discussed with someone from head office, she said “ I am not on production line and I can’t check all the fitter teams “. After the third inspection they decided to offer to redoing the whole job from beginning. I don’t trust more the company. And a lot of pictures and problems from other people on their website.

We had the whole house windows and doors done a week ago. Price was good, but the service and quality of the products is not. PLEASE THINK HARD BEFORE USING THEM. The service before installation is good, but as soon as they have your money, then it is non existent. The fitters had not finished the job completely and there was small things to do, which they indicated they would come back the next day to do some, but they wanted you to sign off the work. Also meant to come back by the end of the week to carry out work that they hadn't done. I was sceptical about this but my husband said they seemed genuine guys, so he did. BIG MISTAKE. Never turned up again. We have got stuff unfinished, the quality of the coloured windows are rubbish (meant to be touched up, but haven't come back to do). Cracks in windowsills that they installed. Blue foam showing around windows outside. Frames aren't sealed completely and that is just a few comments. As for tidiness, that's question mark. 1st day wasn't too bad, but didn't do much as didn't have everything they needed as didn't get told they needed it. 2nd day, took me 2 hours hoovering after them, and we had covered everything up apart from the floor, so I dread to think what it would have been like if we hadn't. Phoned and advised the depot manager would phone by close of business, the day after the fitters originally said they would return, no call. Sent email, no response have to allow them 72 hours as they priorities urgency (this is urgent, you have left our house a mess). We have now raised a formal complaint that has gone to the depot manager, if this is not resolved then we will have to take it further. Some people have good service, but obviously there is a lot of rubbish service too. Please note that we found out that the fitters are self employed and not employed by Safestyle, therefore trying to get issues resolved afterwards.

I had 3 new windows fitted, one on my landing, at the top of the stairs, and two on my posh brick work garage at the end of my garden. Both garage windows face my French windows sliding back doors. They All have a Blue tint on them, known as a film", or another way to describe it is blue clear sellotape. I phoned Safe Style UK about this. The first time I called the the person was totally disinterested and I couldn't get anything done about by him. The second time I phoned up the person on the phone was very helpful, and knowledgeable.But what an amazing answer "she gave me!!. She was very honest and we had a discussion about it, and quite clearly they're aware of this kind of fault happening. The Really funny thing is,,,, I had a surveyor coming to my house that same actual day to confirm and sign me up for £900 for 2 new windows, he travelled 50 miles to get to my house, he took the photos he needed, asked me to sign the contract.,,,, of which I opened my front door to him, and I said No Chance!!!, Out You Go!!, and I phoned Safe Style and Cancelled. my new order. Thanks Safe Style girl on the phone, I cancelled that in the nick of time.,thanks to her honesty..

wish I never heard of this company my windows I had for 20 odd years were so much better them what I got now they noisey I think could even hear a pin drop outside with them draghty not fitted tidy in bay window which results in rain coming in wrong windows fitted in bedroom window sills shocking had them out loads of times to be screamed I the face by engineer and sexual re.marks made to how my windows are sealing up the list goes on wish I had given this firm a wide berth

We have the first visit on 27th June, date that I paid 100 Pounds for the Survey (Deposit) None came next week, called and they confirmed that it was going to be 7th July. We had the survey on 7th July and we have been informed that our small room windows can not be double door due to fire regulation. The person who came to do the Original Quote informed us that it was possible, but that was not confirmed by Surveyor. We have to change the original planning from a double door windows to one door window. We've been asking for a re-quote since 7th July but they keep holding us. I had to be calling 6-7 times with a holding time average of 20 min on the phone to get into someone to give me an answer. After all this, I want to cancel the finance and I want the Deposit returned. The person on the phone said the following "Since you are out of the first 7 days, the deposit can not be returned"... how I would decide to cancel something if I was still waiting for a Survey if could be done or not in my house?? This situation is unacceptable.

Had all windows and doors replaced and have problems with every single one. I can see daylight where there is meant to be a seal, Front door doesn't close properly, cold air and noise getting in, replacement rendering fallen off, screws not in tightly scratching the frames.... Endless issues only some of which have been fixed, have even been in touch with trading standards and citizens advice. I have chased and chased, have open complaints and just when they were going to come out again on the 18th April (after being told to wait for 3 months for their next slot) I get a text telling me due to covid-19 they will not be attending. Ok, Fair enough, but where is the reassurance that you will be in touch to reschedule as soon as you safely can?, where are the apologies for having inadequate products and services?, for a window in my 2 year olds room that lets in noise and cold air all through winter? for having to constantly chase when being told you will be in touch? for it having been a year since installation!? Phoned up today (16/07/2020) to be told I had been booked in for September but was not informed. I have holes down the sides of my windows letting rain in but I have to wait for September or a cancellation!!!! Disgusting service.

Safe Stayle is the worst company for customer care . To start with when you call you will be ina queue for more than 25 minutes then the person will just tell you that the issue you have is not covered , even if you offer to pay they will not help you.keep away from this company.

So disappointed in the quality and fitting. I had all my windows, front and back doors done. The very next day the back door and bathroom window would not shut properly. Then the front bedroom window. Customer Services were atrocious and I had to wait nearly a month for someone to come and fix it. Could not open my back door for fear it would not shut again. More issues since then with front door uneven and bathroom window again will not close. This time they say 6 weeks before someone can come and repair. I do not recommend using Safestyle, sadly once they have your money they could not care less about any problems caused by their inadequate workmanship. Still not been resolved....

Pressure sold and lied to we were told we coul get a government home improvement loan turn out to be more like a second mortgage. When we saw how much wr would have to pay back we had to yake out a bank loan to pay off this fake scheme also they insured me and my husband when we meither wanted or needed it.

Had windows fitted but we are still waiting for a window cill to be fitted. We where promised that some one would ring us the next day to confirm a date for it to be fitted. We have herd nothing and our Email ignored . If you try to ring customer services no one bothers to answer the phone. So I would advise anyone not to pay Safe Style untill all there outstanding work as been completed if there is any

After a cold call to our house yesterday we decided to get a quote for our windows being replaced. The agent stated we would get a quote at the time the salesman came to the house.to assess which windows we wanted replacing. After the salesman had measured up windows he asked, would we sign on the dotted line today. My husband stated it would depend on the price. He said he couldnt give us a price because we couldnt confirm we would go ahead. He said he would email a price. Talk about pressurised selling. How ridiculous he wasnt prepared to give a price because we couldnt guarantee we would go ahead with purchasing of windows whilst he was there. Like any large purchase you shop around and dont just get one quote. I do not like pressurised selling nor do I like a sulky salesman who refused to give us a price at the time he was there. He said he would email a quote. So 24 hours later still no quote. If they really wanted the business they would have given us a quote there and then (not that hard when he has a pda in front of him!!). So would I sign up now for windows even if I get a quote. I certainly wouldn't. If customer service doesnt exist at the start then it's not going to exist further down the line. I would be interested to know why we could only be given a price there and then if we guaranteed we would sign up.

Awful service. Back window took a year to repair. Builder did a terrible job. Customer service non-existent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stay away.

I have had continuous problems with the doors installed by Safestyle. Engineers are friendly enough I just wish that I didn't need a weekly visit for doors that are only a month old. Very poor...

Have been working for the company, and would recommend not to use them. You would be mislead from the beginning, as the real fitting price would be a 55% out from their list price. The quality of the product and flexibility of accommodating the customers is less than impressive. It s just about feeding the people that are working for the company as they have no salaries and relay on commission to survive. If not only that, you would expect a reliable after sale services. Well be aware they don't have the infrastructure to handle it. You can not trust a company managed by dishonest management teams. Instead Use a reliable local family business. I will personally as as an ex representative for the company, engage a legal procedure against them to mislaid their employees and their customers.
