I recently changed my all windows for 3 bedroom house (96 Roberts road) and in my experience they only care or give priority until you buy from them once they done signing contracts they really don’t care about customer service. The reason i wanted to change my windows because My dad also bought all windows from them 3 years ago for his house(41 holly road). When sales person cane for quotation I clearly told him and gave my dad house reference for changing same windows all over my house. But when they finished windows installation i was not at home so my wife signed papers for competition. But only when i went home that day then i found out they had not putted ventilations on any windows. So, I tried to contact them thorough emails calls but there was no response at all. Then next week I called them and hold line for more then 1 hours to find person to talk. I explained everything but still they are saying it is not mention in the contract. And asking for around £500 to put ventilation. I am really not happy with them because it is not our fault. They should mention before singing contract if it was not included. And how do we know when we clearly mention we want exactly everything same like my dad house had it same with ventilation on. I think they only want to take as out much money from client and really don’t care about them or any costumer service. I really really really not recommend them to anyone and i am going to post this information all over the public sites. And 1 more thing i really want to update is that 1-09-2020 i spoke with a lady staff at 13:03 To 13:17 for 14 minutes Which I noted in my mobile. She really doesn’t want to help at all and not even listening to me and only saying that you had signed contract it’s your fault so we cannot help on it. I really don’t think she is good for this kind of big company front page as customer help phone line. Really wished at least gave us some advice for how to make solve. Not happy with her at all. Contract No. 1398726 Safestyle are very quick to come to your property & quick to fit the product(s) you require. After that they do not wish to know.We had French doors plus a window fitted on the 11th Aug 2020.On completion of the fitting; The main french door is very difficult to shut & to lock. The top of the door, outside edge,is such a poor fit that I can push my finger in between the door & the frame. Part of the inner beading for the door was found to be broken, needs to be replaced The handles of the 2 french doors do not align horizontally,it almost looks as if one handle is broken. The frames to the windows either side of the french doors ate not vertical,a 6mm discrepancy which if very noticable. Contacting, and getting any sense out of Safestyle is almost impossible. After a month of attempting to phone/e-mail Safestyle I am still no further along the line to getting the above problems fixed. Not even a date. It seems that all Safestyle are interested in is taking the customers money, they boast about their 'customer care',believe me it does not exist. This is a disgusting company which should not be allowed to be in business, avoid at all costs

We had Safestyle booked in for a window and french doors. The original date was 12th August (this was to coincide with a new kitchen and extension). We were disappointed when the date was changed last minute to 21st August. On the 21st August we received a phone call 5 mins before they were supposed to arrive explaining that the fitter had an abscess. A new date was set for 1st September with a sincere apology. We received a phone call on the day to say the fitter had got stuck on a job and wouldn’t be coming!!? With a promise of compensation, we agreed to a new date of 5th sept, we would get a phone call on 4th sept confirming a time. We had phone ourselves at 16:50, this time the fitters mother in law had fallen down the stairs and broken her coccyx!!!? We’ve now cancelled and asked for our deposit back as don’t feel like they’d ever turn up. Having being lied to and let down numerous times, I urge people not to use this company - they don’t deserve your custom. Customer ref. 1398289

We eventually got our two windows and doors fitted by a good fitter. Problem were apparent when they had no handle for a window in our stable door! Two of the four frames were either scored in one place and in the other window there is a bit of the top plastic gorged out about the size of a finger nail. Doors need adjusting as difficult to lock. One other window lock was wrong and they fitted a gold one. We have two glass panels in the front door both have a line of mist/dirty looks like tape inside the glass and one also had very bad scores we decided to ask for only one the worst one to be changed. First appointment didn’t turn up and eventually talked to them and today we were supposed to have a visit from 8am to 10 am no one came yet again and no call from them either. Rang them 6 times four of these phones were answered and then dropped!!!! Eventually got to talk to someone they said they would contact our fitter who was on his way and get him to call us. An hour later no call called again and eventually got thru to a lady who said we didn’t have a call booked to come to us AT All!!! She would get her manager to call me back this afternoon I don’t hold out much hope. DO NOT BUY FROM THE WOLVERHAMPTON one you will feel totally let down and the glazing is bad very Misty go elsewhere I wish we had!

Horrendous! Started off well, the Brighton office sent someone the same day I enquired. Katy arrives gives me all the usual 80’s double glazing spiel and we go through various pricing options until we’re half the initial price with all the discounts and the special “manager on the phone” discount BUT I had to take the deal there and then and pay £100 deposit. It seemed a good deal and I was guaranteed an install in four weeks - maybe even sooner! A week later the surveyor arrived and measured up, noted that Katy hadn’t put that I wanted a grey front door with white interior and white trim. He updates the order to reflect this. No extra charge. Nothing else is mentioned. Two weeks pass (I am now a week from my instal date) and get a call saying - oopsie Katy mismeasured the window and noted it down as single and not a bay window - three panes of glass. The price has now jumped up by £650! But because they’re so sorry, they’ll pay £300 but I need to pay £350. Oh and there’s no such thing as a “guaranteed install date” and I shouldn’t have been promised that. I’m absolutely fuming as I’ve turned down other companies offers - due to covid many companies have significant backlogs- up to 12 weeks in many cases, but not Safe Style! They have their own factory and can install in four weeks, maybe sooner (alarm bells should have rung here that she was just trying to get the sale!) Anyways, we are now 12 days since being informed, nobody has rung me back after I escalated the complaint. Katy did however ring me with a wishy washy apology “I was new!” and then blocked my phone number!!! I’ve just spoken to head office who have informed me no they can’t get a manager to call me to discuss the situation, no they can’t fit them next week and basically they’re perfectly happy for me to cancel my order. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! No professionalism and total COWBOYS! When I met Katy and heard the dreadful sales spiel I immediately thought of the series White Gold, and even told her so. Don’t use them, don’t bother, read the bad reviews on here - I wish I hadn’t bothered! Safestyle if you care order no is 1402808

Firstly we were led under false pretences that if we paid 25% of the cost of our new door we would have it fitted within two weeks but mainly we had a virtual appointment plus a surveyor and they both wrote down the wrong name of glass to be fitted. We are not experts in this field and had no brochure to look at as was during coved therefore we virtually showed our salesman the back door and bathroom window (which were also fitted by Safestyle!) and to match that to our front door. They have fitted the wrong glass we have tried to speak and email them and they are just incapable of sorting this out. We have spent thousands on our windows doors etc I would advise you not to use Safestyle!!!

Had French doors and a new front door with side panels installed. The side panels had not been in a week when they just shattered. Sent email and response was "we will get back to you in 72 hours" that was a week ago still not response. After spending nearly 2 days finally get in touch with post sales and spoke to the most ignorant man ever. Was told that I would have to pay for the side panels myself as he assumed something had hit the glass. Now French doors will not shut properly. Their engineers are all busy and it will be 2 weeks before anyone can come out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

diabolical from day one. I'm still having problems repeatedly after many supposed fixes and remedial work. I am unable to get through on the phone. Use this company at your absolute peril!

I am appalled with your services right from the workmanship to the customer service! My mum has had a shocker of a year constantly trying to get all the issues resolved and getting nowhere! It was August last year that she first ordered the windows and still nothing is finished! She has holes around windows (also over winter), screws sticking out in random places, no communication, no organisation and still not resolved! Avoid like the plague and be wary!!!

Worst customer service I have ever received! Only interesting in your money. Poor quality fitters, had my windows fitted all incorrectly. No one cared to call me within the 72hr promise even after six very polite recorded calls and 12 emails containing image evidence of the poor finish. Now having to seek legal advice. Steer clear of this company and go local. Happy to supply anyone with the images on day of install, would not want anyone to go through what I have been through.

Ordering and survey was fine. The Fitters left some mess, and I had to employ a plasterer to correct their poor finishing around my new patio doors. After sales service is shockingly poor. 6 weeks after fitting I'm still waiting for them to come and repair broken window handles. Emails are ignored and when I phone I am left hanging on for over an hour every time. I regret using this company and wouldn't recommend them if they were the last company on earth.

Horrendous quality and service I had a front door supplied and fitted by safestyle, a couple of months later the door split from the corner of a window frame in the panel. I called up- waited over 45mins to speak to an advisor and was asked to provide pictures so that an engineer could be ‘sent out with the correct panel’, I sent pictures and the advisor reviewed the pictures and booked an engineers to come out although it was a 3 week wait from this conversation on the 3rd July until an engineer came out on the 22nd July. He turned up with a camera to take a picture of the door- as I already had and said someone would contact me. The engineer had no idea why he had been sent to take further pictures of the crack that I had already sent in, this was a complete waste of time for everybody involved. It is now 3weeks later, nobody ever followed up or arranged an engineer to fit a replacement panel. I have tried to call again since and sat in a queue for 45minutes each time before disconnecting. The quality of customer service is disgraceful and after care is non-existent. I would not recommend Safestyle at all, in fact I would actively dissuade people from using them.

Very poor, Had a £3000 front door fitted, 3 months later it started leaking through the doors window panels after a bad storm and water leaked into my hallway due to poor seals, Additionally noticed the door started to fade in colour. The workman also left some long strips and cuttings in my driveway. I phoned up to complain and they gave me a date which was 6 weeks to send someone out. If the 6 weeks wasn't bad enough - Nobody ever turned up - no phone call or nothing. The after sale service is terrible. The fact is prior to this bad service I was about to put in an order for all of my windows to be replaced; that now will be with another company. To summarise the pre sales service was very good the post sale service is atrocious.

I’ve had several faults with my window installation and still waiting for the remedial work to be compleated. Also when the back door arrived and fitted there was a 10mm gap at the top and bottom , Two more doors were ordered both faulty , the fourth door arrived today and when fitted a 10mm gap top and bottom, having finally got to speak to a manager he was so condescending about the all thing putting the blame on someone else , surely as a manager the buck stops with him.!!! So I would advise anyone thinking of having Safestyle to fit your windows think twice.

I'm sorry that I have to give you one star to give a review. I wouldn't of given you any at all. I've been to a friends house today and the quality of the materials and the workmanship is a disgrace. I personally wouldn't want you lot working next door to me, the whole job is a shambles. Get your money and run should be your moto. Weeks they have been waiting for you to come back and there's NO sign of you. The sooner you close your doors the better for everyone!

They reel you in with what they claim is a high quality composite front door with an amazing secure locking system and give you "the warranty" for your own peace of mind. Yes, their doors are aesthetically pleasing to a degree, until they fall apart for no reason! Twice now the lock has jammed. Once leaving me unable to get into the house and once leaving me unable to get out of it. Yes, someone came out to sort this on both occasions but why is it even happening?! And now the frames around 2 of the windows on the door have begun to crack, one has pieces falling off which shows the glass panel in between. Not very secure at all. Its been decided, by Safestyle, this is not covered by the warranty. So in order to get it fixed I need to pay. But this is not accidental damage caused by myself or anybody making deliveries to my property. This is poor material that weakens over time in sunlight. I do not recommend this company at all and I will not be using them again. I encourage everyone thinking of getting a Safestyle door to read the small print and don't fall for any of their cold caller BS. I am sure the positive reviews here are for new installations. Give it time, they will go wrong.

Requested an online quote, got a call from a young lad who couldn't get through the list of questions (including am I single?!?) and get me off of the phone fast enough - guess it must have been break time. Sales man arrived at the agreed time then preceded to quote me over £3.6k for ONE front door, I know they need to earn their commission but come on. A call to 'his manager' saw this reduced by over £2k in the space of seconds. Would a more vulnerable person know to question this? Anyway, I told him what I wanted and more importantly what I didn't want, he showed me some pictures and everything was agreed. The surveyor turned up and did his thing then I got the call to arrange installation... No where near the time the sales man said it would be (3 weeks later in fact). Morning of install - 8am call from a lovely lady in the depot apologising that the fitter just hadn't showed for work and there was no one else available to do it. All the plans made for that day out of the window and still no front door. She manages to get another fitter to install the door that week. Dean and John arrived promptly and between them managed to salvage some of the negativity I had towards the company. They were light hearted, efficient and cleaned up everything as they went. Then I realised the locking mechanism was wrong and not what I ordered.... Who wants to have to find their key to open the door from the inside every time someone knocks or you want to go out? Not to mention the fire hazard that places on getting out in a hurry. These poor lads couldn't do anything, it was what they'd been sent with and they could only do so much. I was promised a call the next day...... Nothing! The next day..... Nothing Finally managed to get through to someone who told me 'its what I signed for' when I ordered it - I'm sorry but the picture of a rectangle with my signature next to it doesn't indicate I need a key to open my own front door from the inside. He agrees to swap it for something I don't need a key for but, not what I originally asked for when it was sold to me as apparently that isn't possible. In comes another fitter a few days later who changes the function of the barrel but takes away the 'anti-break in lock' that I DID agree to and puts in a cheap lock from B&Q that I didn't want by lying to me and telling me it wasn't possible to have that lock with a thumb turn barrel......utter nonsense, I've seen it working in my brothers home. If you want to be lied to, ripped off and fobbed off then by all means, use this shambles of a company otherwise save your money and your anxiety levels and go elsewhere.

SHOCKING!!! The communications up to installation were excellent and the crew who did the fitting were excellent and left the place spotless. We have an issue with one of our french doors. Two of us spent 4 hrs on the phone without a response. The call handling system tells you you are in a queue but not where! I worte to them and received a response saying that they would RESPOND in 72 hrs. That response never addressed me or my issue but said that they were working to get back to normal practices and contained two links. OIne to their Sales homepage and another to their customer services page for us to call them and again here I am sitting for another 45 minutes with no response.

Terrible service and company that makes no effort for their customers once you have signed up. Took 8 months to complete the project after wrong measurements meant that I couldn't use a whole room in my house and a temporary window was fitted (image attached as to how this was left). Customer service is shocking. the "manager" I was assigned lied numerous times on the phone about installation dates to try and appease me. I don't normally write negative reviews, but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistakes I have and use Safestyle UK for window fitting.
