AVOID AT ALL COST, THERE ARE WAY BETTER OUT THERE! We are so dissatisfied with the whole process of your service. As a well known company, I really did expect better. We were messed about from day one by your company. We initially had a Facebook message after enquiring advising us that the quote can be held for 12 months. We thought great as it gives us an idea of pricing etc so we booked a meeting. The gentleman that visited was very pushy and told us he could only keep the pricing for 3 months. In the end we agreed as it was something we needed. Never the less we were told 2 different things by the same company. The 1st survey was the 16th September and was told installation would be the 30th October. We then were informed that the manufacturing would take a bit longer. We then were told that we needed a second survey as the 1st survey did not include scaffolding which was needed this took place on the 19th October. We were then given another installation date of 10th november, we then got a call after 6pm on the 9th to tell us there were a further issue with the manufacturing (less than 24 hours notice) We were only having 5 windows and 2 doors hardly a lot. We called the Tuesday and rescheduled for the following Thursday 12th November. Thursday 12th November comes and 2 fitters show up but no scaffolding. We called AGAIN to be told someone forgot to order it! They couldn't fit anything without the scaffolding so they left. We called AGAIN and were told the scaffolding will go up Monday 16th and will be fitted on the 18th and we were told this was a 1 day job even after we questioned this to be sure. 18th came and fitting started, this then turned into a 2 day job which came as a surprise. On the 19th the fitter fit the back door and it was too big and looked ridiculous. We had to then make..you guessed it another call! Scaffolding was not removed until I eventually made another call and this was taken on the 27th November. The 28th November we had a survey for the back door (3rd time lucky) The right size back door was eventually fitted Dec 5th. So this whole process has taken 4 MONTHS and a lot of our time was wasted. We should have only needed 2 days of for the survey and installation between us we have taken 9 days out of work this is not including 2 weekend days we had someone from your company round too and we are not happy. You would think also currently going through a global pandemic you would be concious about all the different people and all the different visits! I hope Mike Gallacher (CEO), Rob Neale (CFO) and Alan Lovell are aware of the absolute shoddy service we have received from the ACCRINGTON BRANCH. Not one person communicated with another and we did all the chasing including now chasing for an apology as not one person has offered us one which is an absolute disgrace.

Avoid this company. Price agreed and signed up with salesman and surveyor. Would take 4 weeks to order windows. After 3 weeks received a call stating wanted extra £130?? Also they may not be able to supply the windows as agreed. If they could would be looking at another 2 months before fitting. What a waste of time. Cancelled.

If there only was a lower rating than 1 star. We got our whole house newly installed windows and doors. Everything from the start went wrong, late delivery, on installations date no door. We waited another 6 weeks because there was not door order, they forgot. As we had the entire house reformed, we asked the salesperson if it would be better for us to wait with plastering and painting the walls. His response was; not at all, we will repair all damage if any. so, go ahead with the work. So, we did. After the installation, the damage was terrible. Our brand-new kitchen door unit door got heavily scratched, the holes around the windows in all rooms and around the doors were huge. When I asked if they would fill the holes and re plaster the walls, as promised, the answers was: No, we put a plastic strip over it and the holes not covered by the strip we fill with decorators caulk. We disagreed but were told to contact head office. We contacted head office and waited for weeks for a surveyor to come. The surveyor, a very unfriendly person, came around and photographed everything and kept mentioning read our contract, as we do not repair damage paint. We had already replaced the kitchen unit door with a new one but kept the damaged one for them to see. After a week we contacted safestyle to ask about the repair and cost of the kitchen unit door. The guy from head office on the phone, said we have the surveyor report. We need to send out two plasterers for 5 hours to fix it all. We asked if we could get our own plasterer to do the job and our own painter. We were asked to get a quote and send it to head office. So, we did. After we received a call asking to provide a second quote for the repairs, so we got a second quote. Then all communication stopped. We rang again, we were told, yes, we are looking into it and get back to you today. This promised went on for 3 days. Eventually we were told, the quotes need to come from a VAT registered company, not from a self-employed person. We asked why, as many plasterers are self-employed and do not have to register for VAT. We were asked to wait another day for a response. After 2 days, we called again. Now we were told we need to contact safestyle in Warrington. Here we got someone on the phone called Georgia. She had no clue what she was talking about. First, she said. You need to get a surveyor out. I said he has already been. O, sorry, we have not received the surveyor report yet. I said: yes, you have as your head office already called me. Then she said, Sorry I can´t open the images from the surveyor, can you please send all images to me. I said, I do not have the images your surveyor took. Georgia simply said, maybe you can make them yourself. So, i did. And sent all photos again. Then I waited for a few hours and called. Now I was told, we will plaster the damage, but we will not paint the new plaster, as we have no painters. I asked what about the kitchen unit door? I was told we do not pay for the door, that is head office. And what about the paint. We do not do that either. I said, but your salesperson told us you would. Not our problem, read your contract. So, end of call. New call to head office. We will see if we can send out a plasterer, but no painter. Same story read your contract. What about the kitchen unit door? Answer: we will not pay for that. What about the promise of your sales person? He never said that. At the end, we have damaged walls, holes everywhere filled with plastic caulk, a damaged kitchen unit door of a brand-new designer kitchen. Trust me, I wish I had chosen another company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMING AND LYING PEOPLE: My order number 1409185

TERRIBLE customer service! After the initial week or so from installation, you can never speak to anyone! They take weeks to reply to email and months to put thingds right. Rep gave us incorrect information about our windows and installation crew don't get paid until you make your payment to Safestyle on the day of installation - lots of pressure and no time to check everthing first. It took 6 weeks for the first engineer to come and two months later I still haven't even heard from them about a replavement windon that need fitting! Don't go there!

Don't ever get any product from these. My front door leaks and faded within 18 months of it being fitted. I know Covid is playing a part. Customer service is absolutely rubbish. Had to wait 3weeks for an engineer to come to take a look and then it's 3 months before they could get a replacement. Today was supposed to be when the job was done. We got a phone call today at 8:30 am to say it hasn't arrived at the workshop. It's now November and everytime it rains my door leaks and I have a pool of water just inside the front door. They were supposed to get back to us before the end of the day, still waiting. UPDATE 19/11/2020. Wife rang customer services at 12:30 today. Was told that the door had been found, but that they could not fit it now till the 21st December ! If they have found the door, why are we not getting it fitted for another Month! This is totally unacceptable and confirms our opinion that this company is not concerned with their customers once they have sold you shoddy goods and taken your money. Buyer beware!

Trustpilot reviews Categories My Reviews My Settings Help LOG OUT Alternate Text Eve Chen GB For companies Your review counts! You reviewed Safestyle UK Eve Chen Eve Chen 4 reviews 1 star: Bad Just now Safe style is bribing customers for good reviews! Don't trust them! I purchased a door with safe style two years ago. Not only the product was delayed twice, the product was also made incorrectly. The glass panel on the side was too long. The delay was more than 5 weeks, and I was offered to either accept the wrong product with a very small compensation or wait for another 8 weeks (not guaranteed). I was 7 months pregnant then and could not wait any longer. I had no choice but accepting the wrong product. I was not happy about it. The product wasn't installed nicely. It was fairly messy afterwards. The side wall started to have cracks and the door and lock started to have small problems. Although it is still functional but it is easy to tell that the quality is inadequate. I moved on with unhappy experience, thinking I would just simply avoid this company in the future... until I just received a call this morning from safe style.... Asking me if I was interested in leaving them a good review so I can enter their draw and get a small chance to win the money of my product back (a good review only or I would be disqualify). I explained my situation of my unhappy experience, then he said he would just not send me the link for review anymore. This made me come here to share my experience with everyone. I would say, not only don't trust their product but also don't trust their reviews! You can't bribe good reviews so to cheat more customers!! I would say AVOID THEM!!

Just had the most arrogant and rude person coming to give us a quote for some windows and patio doors. First of all he would not listen to what we wanted, as we asked for 2 quotes on 2 different types of patio doors and he kept on saying that we should go with the budget option because it was cheaper! And he was very reluctant to give us both quotes. We asked him to measure one window in one of our bedrooms as it needs replacing and he said he doesn’t have time for that!!! Yet he spent 10 minutes going on about how their company is number 1 in the UK!!!!! He had extremely rude manners and was so arrogant that my husband and I were shocked by his behaviour! And eventually when we asked if he could email us the quotes he said you can just take a picture of my ipad!!! I need to also say that the quotes he gave us was extremely expensive and we have got quotes half the price he gave us. I do not recommend this company at all. Definitely AVOID!

Awful experience from start to finish, horrendous untrustworthy company. Seemingly lovely salesman convinced us to go with safestyle over other companies citing lots of work in our area (they were the 2nd most expensive out 6 we got quotes from). Downhill thereafter. 1. Told we’d be called within a week of survey being done to get a date for the installation. After two weeks of hearing nothing and 2 calls from me (on hold 20mins each time) we finally got a date after 3 weeks for 8 weeks after survey, having been lured in with a promise of 3-4 weeks. 2. The entire house (end of terrace 3 bedroom) was done in 2 days to an awful standard. The guys left my house at 9:30pm on the last day, and we’re drilling well beyond 7:30pm, and after I’d put my toddler to sleep. My husband had been out at work all day and into the evening so as I was alone I felt too intimidated to ask them to leave. 3. Silicone smeared all over my window sills, used to fill cracks in walls etc. When we complained a surveyor came around and he said he’d never seen such an awful job, he suggested a complete redo of the silicone. 4. When I called to arrange redo was told waiting 2 weeks for someone to fix it (3 weeks post installation) was a “very reasonable date”. 5. Crack in one of the windows - only noticed last week as windows left in such a state I thought it was silicone until I went to scrub it 6. Rubbish, nails and silicone scattered all over the front and back garden. 7. Unsympathetic, unhelpful customer service, have never spent less than 20mins on hold. 8. We had an engineer round to do the repair job on 30/10/20. He said he needed to come back for a further 2 days with 2 more guys to finish the job. 9. On 5/11/20 my husband called to book in the further repairs and they suggested 3rd MARCH 2021 as the earliest date. Awful company

We had 4 upstairs windows replaced. The windows are Ok although the profile is very plain compared to other on the market. The installers were professional and courteous. The bad point is the after care. Post install we found hammer chips in wooden window cills and plasterwork. there are mortar stains on wall paper which wont come out. The scaffolders from safestyle put holes in our rubberised roof and managed to take a large chunck of wood out of our garage door. although the inside of the house was clean, from out side we filled a rubble sack of morter screws off cuts etc. I can cope with all of this but as we have had work done to the house but i cant take safestyles after care. They wont event reply to emails to acknowledge the damage. The area rep wont answer voicemails. It seems like once they have installed and have your cash they are off. The warranty would appear to be a waste of time. Its been a month and no response following countless email. They wont answer phone due to covid restrictions. Go else where, use an independent fitter safestyle aren`t worth the money.

Wrong window supplied, it was broken by their fitters, leaving us with home security issues as we are on the ground floor. French door, one of the doors it’s not wide enough and does not close until handle is lifted up, also is fitted too low, below wooden floor. Bay window, both not close properly, Bathroom window, does not close with the key. Waiting for two weeks for Safestyle, just today, they told me that a fitting will take place in 4 weeks ( home security an issue? That’s not for Safestyle. They should change their name to: NOT Safe- Style

Disgraceful after sales, phone calls not returned, inability to listen to the issue and unwillingness to work with customer to resolve issue. There was no issue with the quality of the product. The pre-sales team were very helpful and kept me informed. The surveyors were friendly and helpful. However, the fitters turned up a day early, leaving me unprepared. I said I had not had time to remove everything for them but they said no problem. I left them too it to keep out of their way and allow social distancing. I thought all would be ok. They installed the window beading/skirting up to a good 2 inches further inside the space that the old windows had been. Despite me being in the next room they could not even be bothered to check if I wanted to unscrew the the old blind brackets (which I thought had left plenty of room). They then carved away at the beading fitting around old and rusty brackets (thus invalidating the warranty!) and left 3 otherwise perfect windows with a disgraceful finish. I phoned the next day, offered to pay for them to come back and fix them but they refused to even talk about it. They were extremely rude - it is my fault because the brackets had been left (remember they turned up a day early!!) and they apparently they cannot even talk to their customers when working in their house!? Who in their right mind wrecks the finish of a lovely window without taking 2 seconds to say "madam are you sure you want this here"? I was in the next room for goodness sake. A man who rang the next day to check how the fitting went, sounded genuine and concerned. He said he would get a resolution and call me back. He never did. I now have to pay a competitor of theirs to come and fix the shoddy mess left by Safestyle. Safestyle hve told me this would invalidate the warranty! THEIR STAFF invalidated it when they cut into the beading!

within 1 week of instalation ,the front door mechanism started playing up,it was very hard to lift the handle to double lock the door. Sent emails which they never responded to.Weeks later a lady phoned and said we can send a engineer tomorrow, between 8.00am-6pm, i agreed but asked them to call 30mins before they arrived so i didnt have to take a whole day off, which the engineer did. on arrival i showed him the problem, and he fiddled around with the door for 10-15 mins and said it was now ok, it wasnt,as when you close the door now ,it rattles unless you lift the hadle to engage the second lock mechanism, which now feels "graunchy, like metal on metal. Worse still , my wife later discovered that you can just lift the outside handle and the door opens,so unless we lock it with a key anybody can just walk in off the street. emailed their emergency email address 5 days ago.....still no reply.
