“It said on their website they will send you your will in 3 business days. Its already been a week and still havent received anything. I paid $160 and when I call the phone number listed on the website it says they’re not taking calls right now?? The chat also says its unavailable?”

“I pre purchased a will for myself and my husband. We have been trying to check out for over a week. I have had numerous emails and chats with the team and every code they provide is invalid. I’ve tried calling on 3 occasions and there is never anyone there to pick up. Safe will are more than happy to take your money but not to provide you the service you’ve paid for”

“On Sunday 10/9 my mother passed away. Fortunately or unfortunately for us we had arranged a prepaid cremation through Safewill Cremations. Offering 24/7 support line with a streamlined, dignified, cremation. Unfortunately this is all untrue. When my mother passed away there was no body answering the phones, no body replying to emails. As I left message after message after message Pleading for help, support, to arrange the promised cremation for my beautiful mum I got nothing. Never a return call. Nothing. After 3 day’s Sunday.Monday. Tuesday still nothing Until I used another number and then there they wereSafe Will Cremations. I told the gentleman my mother had a prepaid policy and he sounded genuinely comforting. He asked me what suburb and when I told him he replied “ we are at capacity and are unable to pick up “??? I was forced to pay another Funeral home on the Sunday that my mother passed away, Lucky for me I was financially able to do that. I did eventually receive a refund from Safe Will Cremation . I offer this honest and genuine review as a warning to anyone who has a Prepaid policy with this company. Call them yourselves in the night and see if you get the service you have paid for.”

“It's uncommon these days to have your service expectations surpassed but this is exactly what happened with my experience with Safewill. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their senstive and competent services. Always quick to explain and communicate and with very reasonable prices Safewill has to be your first choice when dealing with probate and wills. Couldn't be more satisfied.”

“We got our wills during the free week at safewill. They were excellent to deal with. A fast turn around of only a couple of days for checking and very responsive to my questions in the chat feature. It is a great relief to have a chance to update our wills. Such a positive experience and it would definitely be worth the usual amount they charge.”

“It says, download your will, then print, and then followed the most annoyingly shocking string of, verify this, redo this, reverify this, till I gave up. No will for Ian”

“I have been wanting to make a will for a while now but never knew how to start until I saw the news this week about safewills offering it for free and though I would give it ago. Well I must say how easy it was, thank you safewill for making something that I put off for years so easy to do.”

“I would have given them no stars as I didn’t even finish completing my will . In the meantime family members were contacted about my will . I cancelled immediately and found out it will take 6 weeks to process . What a joke”

“One of the most complicated and drawn out processes I have ever done. Using words like unfettered/encumbered/intestacy/attested/bespoke just to name a few are not usual every day words and the response I got when talking to the online help desk seemed to have been read out of a manuel and not intellagible at all. I recieved 14 pages for a relatively simple will that has in the past fit on one page. I would not recommed SafeWill and now wish I had not paid the $80 to buy it.”

We strive to make the product as user friendly and easy to understand as possible, whilst still upholding the validity of what is an important legal document. The output is a comprehensive and thorough Will, unlike what you could typically expect from a Will kit or other simple Will documents, but appreciate that this can be overwhelming. “We found the process very simple to use and are very happy with it. We are travelling soon, for a few months, and it is reassuring to have everything in order. The cost is more than reasonable at this time of year (EOFY) and we are very pleased to have found Safewill. Thank you.”

“Upon loosing my husband of 57 years left our family crushed Having the care and support all the way and keeping me informed all the time from his pick up from his nursing home to his destination for cremation . Safe will delivered us peace and security knowing his care was in their hands . Thank you to all the peace we found at this time . “Easy website, well structured and simple process, low cost, no hidden gotchas. I was apprehensive starting but so glad 30 minutes later that I had taken the opportunity. Will be recommending to others and looking forward to reflecting on what I’ve decided for now and refining as needed.”
