This company won’t let you edit your information then when you don’t follow through and purchase and ask them to delete your personal information they have the Cheek to say this won’t happen for six weeks .What do they need to keep people s personal information for , I’ll be complaining to consumer affairs Not on after the Optus and Medibank hack I’ll be going to a solicitor to do my will

It said on their website they will send you your will in 3 business days. Its already been a week and still havent received anything. I paid $160 and when I call the phone number listed on the website it says they’re not taking calls right now?? The chat also says its unavailable?

I pre purchased a will for myself and my husband. We have been trying to check out for over a week. I have had numerous emails and chats with the team and every code they provide is invalid. I’ve tried calling on 3 occasions and there is never anyone there to pick up. Safe will are more than happy to take your money but not to provide you the service you’ve paid for

On Sunday 10/9 my mother passed away. Fortunately or unfortunately for us we had arranged a prepaid cremation through Safewill Cremations. Offering 24/7 support line with a streamlined, dignified, cremation. Unfortunately this is all untrue. When my mother passed away there was no body answering the phones, no body replying to emails. As I left message after message after message Pleading for help, support, to arrange the promised cremation for my beautiful mum I got nothing. Never a return call. Nothing. After 3 day’s Sunday.Monday. Tuesday still nothing Until I used another number and then there they wereSafe Will Cremations. I told the gentleman my mother had a prepaid policy and he sounded genuinely comforting. He asked me what suburb and when I told him he replied “ we are at capacity and are unable to pick up “??? I was forced to pay another Funeral home on the Sunday that my mother passed away, Lucky for me I was financially able to do that. I did eventually receive a refund from Safe Will Cremation . I offer this honest and genuine review as a warning to anyone who has a Prepaid policy with this company. Call them yourselves in the night and see if you get the service you have paid for.

It says, download your will, then print, and then followed the most annoyingly shocking string of, verify this, redo this, reverify this, till I gave up. No will for Ian

I would have given them no stars as I didn’t even finish completing my will . In the meantime family members were contacted about my will . I cancelled immediately and found out it will take 6 weeks to process . What a joke

Absolutely fantastic service. Mum passed away late at night was able to contact someone that night and arrange for pick up from hospital early the next morning nursing staff commented on how nice the man treated mum. Alexa then kept us up to date with all the details of cremation then when mums ashes were available delivered them personally to my daughters house with the death certificate in about 10 days. I can’t tell you how grateful we are for the fantastic service provided at a great cost. So comforting when you’re a grieving family. Alexa went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

If I had known it would take me only 20 minutes and no impossible-to-understand jargon to complete a new will, I would not have put it off for FOUR years! Brilliant idea and I am extremely happy to have found Safewill via my employer, Mission Australia! Thank you, Safewill!

I signed up because I got an email from The Cancer Council offering me a discounted offer, so I figured, why not? Overall I think the service is good, a big plus being that it makes the whole process so simple, quick and easy. I had previously considered making a will but was put off by the amount of paperwork and the fact that I’d need to deal directly with a solicitor, which I’ve never done, so I was intimidated by the idea. Really, I just had no idea where to begin, whereas SafeWill made it clear and concise. My main criticism is that SafeWill is a tad too vague when it comes to listing your assets and finances etc. There needs to be much more specific examples or a tutorial on what to list. There are more and more modern services, such as Spaceship Voyager (Managed fund that lets you invest in the stock market), Raiz (Similar to Spaceship), Stake/Dabble (Buy shares) etc. Not to mention how equity crowd funding is a growing field. Basically what I’m saying is that, there are heaps of ways people can invest, relatively small amounts of money. I haven’t even included traditional stuff such as Term Deposits, Superannuation, Bank Accounts, Physical Property etc. I had to really stop and think about what I had. I don’t invest huge amounts, but I do invest small amounts across different things. The other, smaller, criticism I had was that I’ve submitted the will but I’m not sure what comes next. I recall reading that someone will look at it, then return it in a document that I have to sign and send back. However, I haven’t received any communication regarding that part yet. So I’m not really sure if my will is valid and confirmed or whether I’m still waiting. To summarise, I think the service is solid overall and I think modernising the concept of a will, especially making it uncomplicated and more accessible to modern generations is brilliant. I just think it needs more clarity over what assists are, which ones you should list and a clearer confirmation process, perhaps a progress page so you can see what stage your will is at and what you need to do.

I have been charged for my partner and my will purchase. But the system is not allowing to submit the will for review and complete the will. I have been told that there is a system issue and its been the same status since yesterday. I really doubt whether its genuine platform to create the will or fake company. No phone calls received as its always been diverted to message bank.

I was grieving my brother back in Febuary. I trusted you with my brother. At the time that Gale person was so rude. I accepted her phoney apology as i had enough going on. She should have been sacked for speaking to me the way she did. Now my brother has been layed to rest I do NOT forgive her. Shes very nasty. Because of her i will never use yr services again. She is VERY rude and i believe the only reason she apologised was to keep her job. Pauline Jarden.

We got our wills during the free week at safewill. They were excellent to deal with. A fast turn around of only a couple of days for checking and very responsive to my questions in the chat feature. It is a great relief to have a chance to update our wills. Such a positive experience and it would definitely be worth the usual amount they charge.
