“I was very happy with the price of my Saga policy and all dealings with the company. However, whether I renew my Saga policy will depend on the quote I receive when it is due for renewal in April. I have found it is often the case that new customers are given preferential treatment and those who would prefer to remain loyal to one company are penalised. Hopefully, this will not be the case with Saga.”
“Insurance as good as can be expected. when I take the compulsory excess payment into account I have NO COVER on my car should it be damaged by vandals, theft, or fire. Had to accept insurance for less than the cost I made for the car. To be realistic it gives me LEGAL insurance to be on the road and nothing more.”

Too many different organisations became involved and the final cost of the claim seemed to increase everytime, particularly from the car hire for a replacement car whilst repairs were slowly being carried out . Car hire cost for 2 weeks in excess of £4000!!”
