“Saga initially appeared to be very competitive, but soon after the insurance commenced I changed my car for a smaller engined one of similar age and the premium almost doubled. I will wait to see what happens at renewal date this year but so far I think there is not a great deal to set them apart.”
“I was very happy with the price of my Saga policy and all dealings with the company. However, whether I renew my Saga policy will depend on the quote I receive when it is due for renewal in April. I have found it is often the case that new customers are given preferential treatment and those who would prefer to remain loyal to one company are penalised. Hopefully, this will not be the case with Saga.”
“Insurance as good as can be expected. when I take the compulsory excess payment into account I have NO COVER on my car should it be damaged by vandals, theft, or fire. Had to accept insurance for less than the cost I made for the car. To be realistic it gives me LEGAL insurance to be on the road and nothing more.”
