“Found them to be very helpful they did no pressure sales what you wanted you got. I had rac cover but they could get it cheaper included it in my premium saved me more money. Hopefully they do the same this year.”
“No trouble so far and excellent customer service when I had to make a claim. Car replacement was delivered to me and my car was taken in for repair at the same time.
Repair which was quite substantial took about 7 working days and was returned to me and the hire car taken back at the same time. I did not have to travel anywhere or do anything as everything was taken care of from my address.
Saga were one of the cheapest quotes but I am very impressed with the service so far. You do have to be over 50 to apply though.
I just hope they do not increase the premium too much when next renewal comes around but time will tell.

“I viewed car insurance via Go Compare in January of this year. I was very disappointed with my previous insurer (Tesco) who were quoting approximately £450 for the year. I thought that this quote was particularly high, as I am a 66 year old retired civil servant, and only do around 5,000 per year.

“Very poor communication, did not like the way I was dealt with when applying for home insurance quote. On the phone for 1 hour & then transferred to another agent & started again. Mean while the music they play to you whilst waiting is from the dark ages implying that anyone over 50 only likes to listen to 'old fashioned' music. Not impressed.”
