“Changed my car mid term. The lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised at how little it cost me for the change over. Delighted! No complaints.”

“I was quoted a price for my car insurance, I was happy with it, then they called me and upped the price another 80 pounds, once I had bought it! very unprofessional of them, regardless of their price in future I shall never take out any insurance with Saga again.”

“Had a replacement windscreen, paid excess of £75 so do not lose no claims. All dealt with in a professional manner, while still being human. Best thing when you phone up you do not have to deal with an automated system, you speak to a person straight away.”

“It wasn't an actual claim, but I had my windscreen cracked so it was all dealt with by the AA as part of the Saga cover. Very straightforward and speedily resolved.”
