“When I purchased my Insurance I could not pay on a monthly plan, which was not a problem as I could afford to pay the fee required but as a result when I tried to claim my free Oleg toy I was refused as to some muddle up. So I am not sure I will use gocompare in the future as they let me down.”

“I wanted to put my car insurance on " hold " as I was travelling to New Zealand for 5 months to visit my son . Saga would not do this ( on the phone to customer services) I was in the position where I cancelled and reclaimed my road tax , taken the vehicle off the road , yet I was still paying for car insurance ,on a " ghost " vehicle . Needless to say , I didn't take out travel insurance with Saga , and I won't re new my car insurance with them either. NOT IMPRESSED .”
