“Very satisfied with the handling of a claim under the buildings section of my home policy. Settlement was agreed within 7 days of reporting the incident and I am currently awaiting payment into my account.”

“My policy is up for renewal next month & I have just received a quote, Saga have increased the cost of my policy by £137-25 I have not made a claim & nothing has changed since last year. Insurance companies always do this every year. When I'll ring them to cancel this policy I'll bet they will give me a better price. Too late Saga. you've had your chance.”

“I was with another company, but had a claim against a client of Saga. I was looked after by Saga so much better than my own company, that on renewal I changed to Saga. I am still being looked after in an excellent manner. Saga seems to present a totally different face of insurance....it's called service!”
