“I was quoted a price for my car insurance, I was happy with it, then they called me and upped the price another 80 pounds, once I had bought it! very unprofessional of them, regardless of their price in future I shall never take out any insurance with Saga again.”
“The problem was with gocompare because when clicking through to the various sites they give a higher price than that given on the gocompare list. There does not appear to be a valid reason for this and they could not be bothered to reply to my feedback.”
“I wanted to put my car insurance on " hold " as I was travelling to New Zealand for 5 months to visit my son . Saga would not do this ( on the phone to customer services) I was in the position where I cancelled and reclaimed my road tax , taken the vehicle off the road , yet I was still paying for car insurance ,on a " ghost " vehicle . Needless to say , I didn't take out travel insurance with Saga , and I won't re new my car insurance with them either. NOT IMPRESSED .”
