“Insurance is only as good until you have make a claim. Saga is a terrible company to deal with. Still waiting to settle a claim after two months. Nil communication. So may telephone calls to them, You can spend many hours on the phone and nobody can sort your query. This posting will probably be replied as - 'contact customer service'. Well you cant. Official complaint to follow.”
“I’m a vehicle repairer and my customer wanted me to repair their vehicle. It took innovation group who handle their claims nearly a month to agree to repairs. Most companies take 3 days. Awful to deal with.They stipulated 45 days to pay. They are late with payment as well now. I am now about to hand account to a debt recovery agency. Worst company I have every dealt with in 23 years. Awful people awful service . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to insure with them. My customer was elderly and awaiting an operation so I didn’t want to burden her with chasing them up. A telephone call everyday for 3 weeks . What a joke”

“I have periodically used Saga insurance for both car a house and buildings cover. Currently renewed my Saga car insurance and actually had a net reduction in the premium and the 3 year deal which can be cancelled at any renewal date was a further benefit. The quote and negotiatin far undercut and quotes from the comparison sites.
They also dealt fairly with me on a my fault claim in 2020.”
