“Very poor service. Waiting for over two months for repairs to my car. Phone lines never appear to be open. Never return calls. My worst experience with an insurance company.”

“I have periodically used Saga insurance for both car a house and buildings cover. Currently renewed my Saga car insurance and actually had a net reduction in the premium and the 3 year deal which can be cancelled at any renewal date was a further benefit. The quote and negotiatin far undercut and quotes from the comparison sites. They also dealt fairly with me on a my fault claim in 2020.”
