I'm coming from the Tokyo Treat box, which already featured awesome snacks i enjoyed every month. Since Sakuraco came up i swapped to this box, because I enjoy tea and sweets. All items i tested until this day were just awesome. The box itself is designed lovely. The booklet includes a lot of interesting information and features some additional articles about japan and it's prefectures. Go and test the box on your own!

Love the little snacks and little story booklet that explains where in Japan the treats come from and the holidays in the month. There are some damages with the more fragile treats. But they are still very delicious. No major complaints from me. Can wait for the next box. 😄🌸

The movie & sakura box makes an exciting unboxing. Love the gorgeous postcard and informative color booklet. As a mochi lover and a tea-crazy enthusiast, these snacks and sweets are perfect for a tea break. The oversize dorayaki with fig and red bean paste is delicious. And gotta love the blowfish-shaped wafer & porridge combo. I am savoring each and every one, and the large collection means these goodies will be on hand-for a while, to tide me over until my next visit to Japan. Quick customer service response & box arrived super-fast from Tokyo. Treat yourself!

Just great. Everything in the box was tasty, comes with tea and a little bowl, shipping speed was fast, and the box itself is appealing

The treats are delicious. The shipping is super fast. It's so refreshing to have something other than the candy that are in most boxes.

I love Japanese authentic sweets and very pleased to receive Sakuraco box each month. It’s timely delivery but however sometimes cakes/crackers are squashed or cracked so presentation-wise is not pleasant. I guess due to delivery service as they may not handle it in care.

Saw Sakuraco ad via my Tokyo Treat box and decided to give it a try as I love traditional japanese sweets. Got April box. Unfortunately I'm not too fond of the inedible stuff like porcelains, and to make it worse, my cup was somewhat chipped below the sakura pattern. Some cakes were dry as I feared, but over than half others were good and I actually did love some items. In all, my first Sakuracobox was less satisfying than my first TT box, but I will still give it some try regardless. I hope May box will be better experience. Still wishing we could trade the porcelains with more snacks instead.

We've subscribed for the 3 months box to give this a try. It is our first ever subscription box and we found it quite fun. We love the Japanese culture and since during these pandemic period, it was refreshing to be able to try out new themed Japanese snacks when we can't travel. The first box came and it was the May Box - Mochi & Sakura Tasting Tour. I thought the items were not bad, there were some hit and misses definitely. But overall quite fun to unpack. Another downside is that it is rather pricey per box because of the delivery. I live in Singapore and the box costs SGD63.80 after factoring in the delivery. Let's see the next box but I think it is unlikely that I would constantly purchase this apart from special seasonal items. I was also very surprise to receive the May box in April, I thought I was getting the April box - Matcha. So I do hope that in May I will NOT get the same box! Fingers crossed!

I am so pleased with the Sakuraco box of treats. My first box arrived so quickly and only one item was cracked. I have been savoring each item, trying not to mindlessly eat because it is so good. (Kuchisabishii) It is a great value, especially for those of us in rural American communities. We have no access to high quality snacks from other countries.

Interesting box that gives you not only great treats, but the history of those treats.

This is my first Sakuraco Giftbox. It has a great selection of treats for more grownup  taste.. The box was well packed. The booklet explains each treat and some information about Japanese culture. It reminds me of the time I spent in Japan. I am looking for to future boxes.  I love almost everything about this box. I love all types of tea but the Golden plum tea tasted salty to me. Would recommend this subscription box.

The selection of items provided in each box I have received so far is amazing. Really gives you a taste of Japan. This months box had an issue with shipping. DHL returned the package to sender. I messaged CS and they were prompt and reshipped my box as soon as the issue with DHL was resolved.

Everything about this is beautiful, the box, the booklet, and the packaging of the snacks. What’s not so nice is how many of the snacks arrive broken and are just crumbs. Many of the snack items are too delicate to ship in a box that just has 1 layer of bubble around it. The one change to the content that would be nice is adding something more savory or salty, rather than the whole box being sweets.

I am signed up for a 3 month subscription currently, with my first box being the April box: Matcha Moments. I came with a good variety of Matcha snacks as well as some Sakura snacks. When I signed up I got the two extra bonus items for life, however these items weren't described in the booklet but when I looked they were from the last box. It kind of felt like I was just getting leftovers instead of actual bonus items. So far the sizes of everything is pretty good, with some of the smaller items coming in pairs. Once it shipped, the shipping was pretty quick. So far, it lives up to its price of around $35 per box.
