Samsung, in my 20 years of owning a phone I've only used samsung and loved it but whatever yall are doing now just ain't working. The feature when you're typing and you get 3 letters into the word and then it will show what word you think its typing at the top, I cant remember the name of it but that needs to be fixed. For example I'll go to spell a word like 'school ' and type 'sc' then I see at the top of keyboard that it has the word 'school' there so i click it and instead of it filling in the word for me it asks me if i would like to delete the word school from my dictionary. What in the hell sort of feature is that? Its beyond annoying. Next, does anyone even use Bixby? Either get rid of it all together or atleast have the option as to whether or not you want to use it. It's so frustrating to be doing something holding your phone and then suddenly "HI, IM BIXBY' as it takes you to an entire different page.. Operating the camera can be super frustrating as well. Another thing is the words that it DOES fill in for you are ridiculous. I'll be trying to type a word that starts with the letter A and probably 60% of the time without permission it auto texts 'AAAAWWWW' This all sounds like small stuff but for someone like me who uses their phone all day long for works it is a real pain in the ass and now I'm for sure switching to a google phone for my next one

I bought the S21+ Ultra. Feature wise it is amazing. The camera is clear when you take pictures and it runs extremely smoothly when playing games or doing anything with the screen. Durability wise though it is a waste. It boasts the gorilla glass but I suspect it is based off a gorilla that was born with a birth defect that makes the smallest fall kill it. I have a wallet case on my phone and had a light screen protector on it. it fell from waist height onto some ice and now the screen is destroyed on top of that I can no longer access the internet and data. If you buy the S21 Ultra get a really good screen protector. Also when you call customer service the people are somewhat difficult to understand and aren't helpful. The screen cracking is not under warranty.

I love Samsung and have always had a Samsung phone and tablet. Until now I have had no issues but I have bught a new A7 Tablet and have major issues with it. Firstly the email app - Samsung Email is not compatible with this device (what!!). Crackers. IT IS SAMSUNG email. It is daft to make a tablet that isn't compatible. This also appies to Samsung Music(surprise, surprise!) It is not compatible either! Finally on my previous tablet(S2) I can mve some f my game apps onto my SD card but(and you've guessed it again) this is not possible with my A7, which means they take up a lot if my storage space on my tablet. Come on Samsung! This to me is moving backwards technology wise instead of forward. It has been a nightmare sorting out my email and music and now with all my apps having to sit on my tablet storage, I have little storage space left. Please update your email and music apps so I can use them.

I am not happy very unhappy bought A TV in on May 15th of 2020 the TV is not working properly when plugged into the Arc HDMI pair to q60t sound bar tv keep dropping sound and when use app installed on tv prime video tv says on source ask Samsung to replace tv but all then will do is send not 1 tech but 2 to many hoops to jump through to get a problem fix should have just bought the LG C9 instead

Worst company ever. What ever you do don’t buy there junk products. Spent thirteen hundred dollars fo a 4K t.v and it now has white spots on screen. Contacted them and in so many words was told to get fucked. Thousand of complaints on the t.v. And no help. Company ratings are disgusting and so the game begins with me starting on social media to trash these ass holes. Disgusting company.

I bought a 40in TV in 2009, and it was great. Then, I got 32in Smart Samsung, and it is even better. The OTA picture are sharper, and the TV has internet and apps, including YouTube. Sweet. The reason I give Samsung a 3 is because I ordered an S8, because the price dropped in April 5, 2019, from $499 to $399. The order said "Expedited Shipping", but after paying, it says I will get it around April 23. When I contacted Samsung as to why I have to wait 3 weeks (or more?), they gave me a BS line, "we have a large volume of orders." Yet, others say their S10s are arriving within 3 days. Ugh.

Just got the new phone updated for my Samsung S9 very much preferred my phone the way it was before it updated don't like it one bit so hope it goes back to the way it was before on the next updates or my next phone will be an iPhone!!

Had to contact them for a repair to an appliance. Found the phone call very lengthy and difficult to understand the operator - apparently the centre is based abroad. Had to hold nearly 10 minutes to be transferred to another department after giving the original operator all details. The second operator was just as difficult to understand as the first. Received several texts from them telling me the company who would be dealing and another when the engineer had done the repair. The call was very tedious. All very efficient but hate to think how much the call cost me as it lasted over 3o minutes.

everything is good but don't buy the phone it is soooo fragile and worse thing its so expensive to fix. I cracked my phone screen and quote from third party and even Samsung repair and the price is all the same even though Samsung should have noticed how the phone is fragile.

Poor initial service at Princes St store. Given false information from shop assistant Conor. Phone was frozen at startup and I asked if a diagnostic check could be done. Was informed by Conor that they do not do this but send faulty phone back to Samsung for repair or replacement.

Bought a Samsung 32" LCD screen from Amazon. Arrived badly damaged due to shipping, but returned and was replaced. Great turnaround and the quality of the screen is solid. Generally happy.
